I bought a pie. Nobody better be buying what’s supposed to go with the steak.
One but nuttin’ over six pounds. Any bigger and the muffins turn out kinda tough. 
I should pull out this here laptop a little more often. Last time I did was two months ago so I’ve had a lot of updatin’ to deal with. Well, not a lot but it did take almost five minutes! That’s a long time! Anywho since I’ll be hangin’ to the church house Sattidy I thought I’d get laptop all ready so’s I can take it for entertainment purposes. Plus I just know y’all will want periodic updates on the cookin’ of the St. Pat’s feast.
The keg shall be picked up tomorrow at six p.m. and promptly delivered over to the church house. All is well.
I got double pi today! A pizza pi for lunch, and an apple pi for tonight’s dinner.
No pi for me today. :sigh:
Have not read. Have not kept up. Finally done with the craziness. Just relaxing for now.

Orkney clapshot: Take equal amounts, by weight, of swedes (rutabagas) and potatoes. Boil them, then mash them together, along with butter, salt, pepper, and onions or chives. Wonderful stuff.

N.O.L. was with sah guy today since I had a delivery in my area.
So once again I ate out, half a steak sub for lunch and the other half for dinner.
This place is the kind that slices their own meat and piles it high, yummy but expensive.
I swear the rest of the week I am going to eat healthy.
Sah-kid shaved today because one of his little girl friends from school likes clean shaven men and today is her birthday.
Now his face looks naked to me.

Tis almost Friday! We are headed to Houston next week to house hunt. Hopefully we can find what we want as we have to move next month. If I get the house with the pool we will have a pool party as the house warming and everyone is invited! 
Forgot to say that oddly enough, the pizza was square, and I have more in the freezer, so my pi are squared.

I’ll be back in that way in a few months. Sah-kid asked me to stay here until he graduates and I agreed but I told him come June I’m leaving and he can stay here if he wants or he can come with me but I am outta here.
If he doesn’t come with me I may just go look at some senior apartments. They are a lot cheaper and I assume quieter and safer.
I’ve been looking at a few houses too.
There’s one being auctioned off later this month and while I think it will be a waste of time to go, one of my friends told me she knows someone who went to an auction and nobody else showed up and they got the house for the opening bid. You never know.
I’ve even looked into moving to Belize, I have a friend who has been living there and he says it’s wonderful. I think it depends on your definition of wonderful.
I’ve heard good and bad.
I figure if I move there and have a halfway decent place I’ll never be alone though because everybody will want to come see me.
Maybe I could open a B&B.

How expensive is it up that way?
not New York City expensive, but certainly not Outer Podunk cheap. One bedrooms go for anywhere from $1100 for a shoebox to $2200 for reasonable space - also relative to neighborhood and complex amenities.
The places I’ve been looking at run $1200 to $1400 for one br - but they all have waiting lists
