Psssst! Anya! It’s a guy thing to pounce on any weakness shown by their friend and rib the hell out of him. And if he fights back they just go at it all the harder. I know that this will sound like “lie back and enjoy it,” but the way you take the wind out of their sails is to play along. They already like you enough to treat you as a friend, and they will respect you for what they think of as your sense of humor. Then you roll your eyes and complain about them to your girlfriends at the malt shoppe/bar. You could instead say, “Fuck off, assholes,” and leave, but then they would discuss how they thought you were cool but what a lesbian bitch you are behind your back. As an adult woman you should know this. Didn’t you go to a coed junior high school?
And these are not just guys, they are Doper guys, so they think they are extra clever and are acting extra adult, but they are still mentally thirteen.
Oh, and it’s “drivel,” not “dribble.” Guys dribble when they have the clap so…um…so maybe it was the right word after all.

I spent a few seconds debating between drivel and dribble but I went with dribble because I felt it worked better. I don’'t know how scary I am, generally but this past month of watching the news makes me feel like i should punch some holes in the walls of a house that’s scheduled for demolishing.

The modern GOP is incredibly dismissive of the concept of a 21st century self-actualized woman and it shows in their policies.
I can totally understand how my wonderful and intelligent daughters would be put off by this kind of thing.

IRL, too, though my wife tells me it’s a sin to play “Man or Woman?” And I’m not talking about the ones who are crossdressing or self-identify as members of the other sex, but the ones you can even know but about whom you can’t be sure at first.
I know one of those and concluded she’s a woman because she rides a Harley Sportster 883, a known girl bike.
