So it was 1st of the Month in the Hood. We had people screaming about all sort of stuff. Also a guy got stabbed at the Little Caesar’s 4 doors down. Doesn’t look good for “Snoop”.

Last day of furlough week. Had a 4 hour infusion yesterday. Felt like crap and have a really lovely bruise.
Also must admit that I knew Joan Rivers. I went to school with her daughter. We lost touch years ago, but she was a lovely woman. Yesterday sucked.
Today I am feeling bettah, so sucky 4-hour infusion was worth it.

My Murphy mattress is in an alcove on the leeward side of the house - very little wind.
Currently, I’m in a tent on the side of a (grass) runway on the top of a hill. I’m not saying it’s windy but I think my abode is about to get as airborne as Dorothy’s! :eek:
Also, last night someone made a comment about the 7yo shouldn’t play on the runway by himself due to there being a bobcat nearby! :eek:

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN 'Tis 75 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 92 and maybe rain. Or not. Who knows. Seriously, that’s pretty much what the forecast says.
Today’s plans include, well, not much. I might go back to bed shortly. Also I foresee some quality cee-mint pond time. I shall also go to the sto’ at some point. Maybe I should go ahead and do that early to get it over. I’m gettin’ some deli stuff cause this weekend is all about sammiches foodwise.
Ok, that’s all I got. Think I shall have some more caffiene then purtify myself and go on to the sto’. Maybe I’ll surprise OYKW and get him a MickeyD’s bizkit or two. That’ll earn me a few points.

Yeah Swampy I’m a sleepyhead and a slug this morning but that’s because I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t get back to sleep.
Now I’m up and had left over pizza for breakfast.

I have to hit the farmer’s market and the grocery sto’. This evening, I’m picking up a friend’s kid for Shakespeare in the Park. We’ll have a picnic with other friends and see As You Like It.
I’m a def’nite sleepyhead this mor… uhh… afternoon. Now that test’s finished I’m allowed to start taking antihistamines again, and the first time I take 'em after a break they really do knock me out. It’s 3 pee emm, I’ve had twice as much coffee as normal, and I’m still barely awake.
I should go down the allotment, but I just can’t get up the energy yaaawn.
I also have billions of banananas again, as they were dead cheap and looked good at the local market. A bunch have been frozed for the making of thick milkshakes, some have become bananana pancakes and consumed, not sure what to do with the rest. Some shall be bananana caked, but I don’t think I’ll get round to makin’ it today, as I’m out of aigs and butter, and I’m orfe out this evening. Maybe tomorrow. This may still leave quite a lot (there were about 20 in a box for £1), so suggestions for what to do with the rest welcome!
