The reverse of "My Heart Has A Mind Of It's Own"

After listening to Connie Francis’s song “My Heart Has A Mind Of It’s Own,” I got to talking with a friend and said “She could’ve reveresed it and said ‘My MIND has a HEART of it’s own,’ and it would’ve been the same.”

He disagreed, saying it isn’t the same thing. Is it or not. I must admit I am confused tyring to logic this one out?

If you agree or disagree can you tell me why?

Hm, compare and contrast:

On the face of it I’d say they are two different things; one implies a single mind and two hearts, the other a single heart and two minds.

Depends on whether or not your middle name is Earl.
