The SDMB Craft Show & Bake Sale!

Dear aha, please take a moment and read reeeeeaaaaallll slllloooooowwwww, 'mkay?

Read the whole thing. Read past “little elephant.” The words “big” and “elephant” do appear side-by-side in that paragraph. In reference to your (ahem). Find them and I’ll give you a cookie.

Persephone,

I once saw a rooster’s head (ahem) warmer. Do you make those?

Found it found it! Now do I get my cookie?

Tabithina: I’ve not tried yet, but I probably could. I bet those would be cuuuuuuuuuute!

aha: Yay! Now here’s your cookie, and go model that big elephant like a good boy. I need the business.

I make Custom Stained Glass windows.

Also, I have “ghost” written love letters and other missives for folks who are not able to adequately express themselves. And before you get all excited and send me e-mail I CHARGE MONEY for this service!

I’ve baked a massive batch of my one and only specialty, chocolate chip cookies, available with and without walnuts.

You can tell I baked them, because my hands are covered with small burns as I am just a tiny bit clumsy in the kitchen. I’m purchasing and eating lots of fudge, because it heals burns. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it.

I’m going to snap up one of Kricket’s corsets, and am considering wearing it during the sale to promote my cookies

I make interesting throw pillows. Not regularly, but I do make them. I’ve also taken the liberty of bringing some chocolate-chip cookies.

Robin

A sale!

Today I sold a necklace to an acquaintance of mine. She’s been looking for a belated (birthday?) gift for her brother’s ex-girlfriend (they’re friends), and she was rooting through my stuff when she saw something she liked. It was a garnet red heart and gold bead necklace. Her offer to buy it took me by surprise; I had no idea what to charge her for it. I said, “Five dollars?” She said, “Awesome!” Five dollars it was.

I’m supposed to make one just like it for another friend of hers, too. Oh, this is cool. I’m pretty happy right now.
