I may or may not have slacked off a bit on renewing my subscription, and then completely forgot about it until just recently. Then I lurked for a few weeks this month and remembered how very worth the $14.95 this is.
I know there was beer and I am pretty sure there were Jello shots and fruity cocktails…
and this was only about 9ish…

Here’s a good one of me from last Halloween. I’m the guy on the right. Later that night I fell down the stairs…ahh, good times 
This is from one of those nights where I got so drunk I injured myself. I’m the dude on the left. The one not satisfied with his current level of drunkenness and feeling the need to drink more.

In rough chronological order:
[ol][li]A friend and me in Portland, OR a couple days before Halloween 2005. I think we drank a bottle of amaretto and rum between the two of us. Was a fun night.[/li][li]Me trying to stick my tongue in my (unfortunately straight) friend’s ear in Las Cruces, NM in April 2006 after half a bottle of the cheapest tequila we could find. Montezuma, I think.[/li][li]An hour or two later that night.[/li][li]A photo of me looking remarkably sober in Tuscaloosa, AL in May of last year. An hour or two later, I was in the emergency room for alcohol poisoning.[/li][li]At a concert in Atlanta, GA this past February. I’d had half a dozen heifeweizens by that point and the girl in the foreground’s someone my friend and I had just met a couple hours previously. It’s worth noting simply because I don’t talk or befriend strangers ever. Alcohol can do amazing things.[/li][li]A good friend and me at Bonnaroo in June. We’d been camping out for two days in a field in Middle Tennessee by this point and we had a lot more besides beer in our system by that point, so we look absolutely horrid.[/li][*]Another good friend and the boyfriend of the girl in the previous picture. He’s actually a really handsome man (and I have a not-insignifcant crush on him) but he looks like a mass-murdering werebeast in this picture.[/ol]

I assume I’m meant to be the latter? If so, I started the latest picture thread and have always posted in fits and spurts. This just happens to be one of my more active periods.

I don’t know. I’m also not sure if I’m a lurker. This prompts the question: How do I know if I’m a lurker? Longtime member/low post count? Name non-recognition?
Anyway, back to the drunk pictures. I should try to dig up some more; I’m sure there’s some really embarrassing stuff out there. I’ll work on it.
Well, we’re all going out to party tonight to celebrate and commemorate and lament a lot of things. Give it until tomorrow and I’m sure I will have plenty to contribute here.

Alright, I knew I’d have some. There’s a whole flickr set but here’s some highlights, in order of decreasing attractiveness.
Me and a friend (I’m on the right) – it took three tries to get one that looked this good, we were way drunker than we look here.
The actual drinking part #1 and #2 – what kind of crazy person gives out drinks for a dollar?
Karaoke – “I Will Survive,” of course.
Notice all the beers – those belong to the girl in the middle. That was pretty early in the evening.
And finally… Notice the drinks lined up in front of me. – those were neither my first nor my last.
The evening did not end well. There was vomiting involved. I have just around now recovered enough to upload these.
Half these pics are entirely too respectable. 
I posted this in the last drunken thread. We had been out clubbing all night and were waiting in drunken desperation for pizza to arrive.
And this is me at a friend’s party. I have become one with the wine.
