One hour to go in the poll, and it looks like I’ll be making mint-chocolate chip.
But that doesn’t mean that I can’t make more later, and I’ll some back here for ideas!
Right now I’m having a big bowl of mint-chocolate chip ice cream.
I bought dark chocolate chips, rather than semi-sweet, and chopped them up, adding to the mix when it was about two thirds done.
