Damn, I just hit 100 friends (way, way more than I have in real life) and I have 3 requests pending. When I get a chance, I need top purge the non-players from my friend list so I can add current [del]timewasters[/del] players.
Guess the new ‘friend points’ means I’ll have to expand the number of Springfields to visit as I only have five added so far and thus earning points takes forever

Question for you all - so first of all thanks to the people on here who accepted my friend request :)…ever since I accepted additional friends I keep getting a message that I’m logged into another device and I start of in my Springfield from lvl11. The only way to get back to lvl38 is to visit a friend and then go back to my Springfield…I only play TO on my iphone as I have no Ipad or other devices to play it on) so why the constant messages telling I’m signed on to another device?? Has anyone else come across this?
I switch between my iPhone and Kindle a bit. So I do get the occasional “logged in elsewhere” message. But in the last couple days, I will get logged into someone else’s Springfield. Like a nice one 20 levels above mine. And it’s not any of my linked Springfields either, so I’ve got a feeling there’s a weird glitch going on.
I’ve been logged into someone else’s before. That was a while ago though.
I’ve also gotten the “logged in elsewhere” message and I only use one device, my phone. So I assume in that situation someone else has been accidentally logged into mine.
Good thing it’s just a silly game and not my bank account or something…
I have been trying to add some of you as friends, and have been unable to send friend requests. I also have not been able to see any friend requests so if any of you have sent me one, I don’t hwve them to act on.
When my game starts up, it shows that I have 24 friend requests (well, there is a 24 in the small circle above bart and milhouse). This has been showing a number between 20 and 25 ever since the update that brought this feature to the game.
I purged a number of folks that have not played the game, and so i have free slots for new friends. But I have not been able to get my friend requests to go to others (i get an error message saying the request was not sent, but whether someone received it or not, I don’t know). I also have not received any new friend requests from anyone else.
It is strange. I am stuck in limbo with old friend requests that I didn’t have room for before the software update that gave us the new way to manage friends. Now that I have room for new friends, the software seems to act as if I am still at capacity and won’t take any more requests, nor will it permit me to make any to others.
Anyone know what is going on, and how I might clear out the “24” in my friend bubble above milhouse and bart? And/or how I accept or send new friend requests?
I got nothin’ StinkFishPot. I don’t even know how it would be possible to log into someone else’s game. Accidentally OR otheriwise.
Those who say this happened (or did it themselves) do you know how?
I logged in once and was in someone else’s town. Judging by the TSTO boards out there, it’s happening more and more often. The best thing to do is to contact EA and don’t tap anything in the town. Plus cross your fingers that if someone comes into YOUR town, they don’t spend all your donuts and money or sell limited time items (some people reported this happening).
It’s a server thing on EA’s part. The constant crashing that happened around Christmas seems to have gotten better for most people, so maybe the lack of level updates means they’re working on this problem.
Being logged into someone else’s Springfield has happened to me around three times. Each time the login screen says my previous device failed to save. First time I was ticked because I only had it installed on one device. I hit continue figuring my game was pooched. Started winning stuff like there was no tomorrow, then it crashed. Then EA Origin wouldn’t let me log in, password didn’t match. Couldn’t change my password because I had to log in to change my password. Since then if I have any suspicions I try to close before it crashes. It is annoying that they have so many neighbor related quests though as trying to go through my short list of contacts means I will crash two to five times, and have to restart my device to get anything to work afterwards.
Cool. I started just before St. Patrick’s Day last year, got the pub, and then my tablet when pfft. When I got the device back from Lenovo, they had replaced and/or wiped the hard drive and I lost all my progress in the game. I’m glad I can get the pub back.

All that Valentine’s crap we have cluttering up our Springfields or hogging up our inventory? It can now be put in Krustyland. It mostly looks better over there and I dumped all my extra stuff. Kept the multipliers and a few of the things that look nice, but most of it’s now in KL. I’m so happy about this.
I got Stampy last night too. Just barely had enough FP to do so. Going to go through all my friends tonight anyway and rake in the mad cash (I think I am getting $95 per action) and hunt for donuts.
Flannagan’s is currently breaking local occupancy ordinances.
I’ve got about 60-70 folks in there.
Nice touch that the kids don’t participate (except Kearny) in the alcohol events
AND can’t they give Rex Banner a break? C’mon! Invite him to the party !!
Nah, Banner was anti-alcohol, so it is awesome they remembered to leave him out.
I’m probably late to the party on this, but I found an android emulator (bluestacks) that lets me run TSTO on my Windows computer. I tested it on my laptop, but am going to install it on my Surface so I can take TSTO with me on vacation, as I will have wifi at my hotel, but don’t want to pay international data charges. It’s downloadable from CNet if you’re interested.
I’ve been having crashing issues when visiting my friends, so I’ll report back if it works any better.

I am amazed that you have been able to get Stampy so fast, although i guess I have lost a few days to not being able to get into my neighbors towns. I didn’t realize how many days i’ve missed, but since I’m not even half-way to Stimpy, it’s been at least 3 or 4 days now. What a pain in the ass.
What is the “mad cash” you are referring to?" I am always behind in these damn quests when I have to visit others.
Interesting note, I am now up to the number 27 in my little circle on the bart/milhouse friends icon, but still have no new friend requests listed on my friend manager.
This weekend, I am going to try to send a number of you friend requests again, and if they don’t get rejected, send me a PM if you receive it. I would love to know if anyone is receiving my requests, even if they don’t seem like they are getting sent from my end.
Question. Why do some of you have very lelaborate Krustyland shuttles, while others have very plain ones? I’ve seen three different ones so far (i think). Mine is just a bench and a very plain looking bus stop. I’ve seen others with a large Krusty face above the seats, and I think i’ve seen two in different colors. Very odd, unless there is a way to upgrade this.
Also, the electric motor car, which costs 30 donuts seems to have a glitch. It can be placed anywhere on your screen and will disappear if you put it anywhere except on free space. So, for example, you can put as many cars as you want one on top of the other, and there will only be one visible. It’s like they are completely ghost-like. If you put one behind a building, you will not know it is there unless you remember you put it there. Very strange, but i don’t knoe if there is any financial reward associated eith it. I found this by accident.
As you build Krustyland, the Krustyland shuttle becomes more elaborate.
I didn’t rush Stampy. I have around 100 friends and I visited all of them every day. Most were tappable every day and I got a reasonable amount of graffiti in my town. So I got it about as fast as possible without rushing things. Most people don’t have 100 friends they visit daily.
Once you get Stampy, you don’t collect FP any more, at least until they add more prizes. You do, however, get $95 per tap in your friends’ towns. It adds up to about $30k, which is 4 weather stations. (Buy three, sell, have enough for a fourth, approximately.) That’s enough motivation to me. Plus I have found FOUR donuts visiting friends since winning Stampy. Woo hoo! I’d tap for negative money for 2 donuts a day.
