Yeah, I worked through the Guineas pretty quickly last night. Lisa’s in the middle of her 12 hour quest but would have finished it a couple hours ago but I can’t get to the game until later tonight.
That’s the same thing I thought. I was tapping them wondering if this was going to be a multi-day thing or if they just dropped all 40 of them at once and I ended up catching them all in about 5 minutes…at work.
On two of my accounts everything is fine, but on the third, trying to access the friends page gets me the Bart server error page. I have 200 new notices or whatever, maybe it is too many for it to handle. Not sure how to fix it though. Previously it would only do it during special events but now with the new friends thing it seems to always do it now…
This is my problem exactly. I only have one account, so getting to my friends page is a tedious exercise.
I have tried upwards of 20 times some days with no success. I can’t clear out the pending number of friend requests (i have 27, but it fluctuates up and down between 22-27), i can’t send any requests out, and when I delete someone, I cannot replace them with someone else. I see no names.
This has been like this since they added the new friend management stuff. You are the first person who has identified the same problem I have. So I guess that’s something. I don’t want another account. This is wearing me down.
I liked that task. I didn’t like it enough to spend 40 donuts on a guinea pig with no multiplier to run around my town, but I did like it. Got my rescue center ready to “Heads up! Kaboom!” tomorrow morning.
While Valentine’s and the new FB and this episode update are nice, I would like a new level, even a crappy one. It’s been 2 months, I think. I wonder if we’re just going to ride out St Patrick’s day, pause for a week or two, then go right into whatever is planned for April (Easter, Whacking Day II) and not get a level update for a while. My XP needed to level up is getting out of control.
Yeah, Wacking Day was a great event though I think it wore on a little too long. I’m sure everyone playing is looking forward to it returning this year.
I did get a donut tapping in someone else’s Springfield on Wednesday. That was a pleasant surprise.

I have server problems just about every morning.
I log on at about 6:30-7:00 (central time) and resetting all my guys usually involves the app crashing about 20 times. I figure that’s because everyone else is doing the same thing. During ‘non-peak’ times, it’s typically not a problem.
I tried about 6:00a Eastern and again at around 8:45a. Couldn’t get in either time. Now I have to wait for my next window of opportunity to retask my Springfield denizens.
Anyone else hate the green water color? It hurts my eyes.
I could not get on this morning either.
Well, at least it ain’t just me. I brought my tablet to work yesterday so I could play on my lunch break, and thought I’d messed up the WiFi settings or something.
And yeah, I’m ready for the water to be a normal color again. St. Paddy’s day is long over.

Nothing has changed since then. I dutifully install each update from the App Store (without issue), but each time I launch the game, I get the same error. The internet has been no help, either. The game is now dead to me.
I say again: free <> low quality.
I got the not enough space error message at that last update as well. I unistalled TSTO and reinstalled it from the Google app store, ran needed updates and I was golden. If you haven’t tried that yet, give it a whirl.
I wrote a post, and it must have been gobbled up by the gremlins. Oh well. I’ll try again.
Has anyone purchased the guinea pig? I haven’t seen one anywhere, but I don’t know how big or small they are, so maybe a few of them are floating around out there and I haven’t seen it.
40 donuts is a lot of donuts for a character that does nothing. Or does it?
Stimpy at least has a couple of tasks that make it worthwhile.
I also visited my neighboreenos yesterday and picked up a donut from tapping on someone’s house. So, in case you have little motivation to visit neighbors, maybe this will give you one. The $95 or whatever for each tap is also nice, but if you can pick up a random free donut, that’s even better.
