I got off to a slow start. I’m not going to make the first cutoff.
I can make the second cutoff, but I can not imagine the third one unless they change it.
I was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy to get Witch Marge and the Bad Dream House today! A pleasant surprise. Looking forward to collecting ray guns tomorrow.
Got the donut torture device one hour before the deadline! Woo-hoo!

But fortunately its been added to the crafting queue, although it looks difficult to get to!
I was hording my treat bags the last 3 days (since I got the last prize bag and was clearly not going to get the Donut Torture Device). I had something close to 40 bags to click and got enough treats to craft Hugo. Too crazy for Boy’s Town, too much of a boy for Crazy Town!
Glad I am not the only one who missed the donut torture device by a couple of probes. Grr
Maybe more friends would be helpful? Azurine76 if anyone is available. I already have some great doper friends from the past but some have stopped playing.
I was about 50 probes short of the torture device when I went to bed last night. I had gone camping this weekend with no data network available, otherwise I would have had it the day before most likely. I bit the bullet and spent 10 donuts to complete it.
I was also surprised to find a human test subject and several spooky wall sections in my storage box - guess those came from bags and I didn’t notice!
You need 30 friends who have updated to Halloween. Any beyond that will only give cash. The most important thing for collecting event currency is logging on every four hours and smashing aliens.
This second phase is going to be a LOT harder. If people didn’t get the Donut Torture Device, I doubt there’s much hope for getting the helicopter.
I thought the second phase was easier, with the third one being the really hard one.
It was supposed to be; but then we discovered this morning that the aliens pay out 2 rayguns as opposed to 3 probes.
I didn’t know this was possible, but that both sucks and blows.
True, but hopefully it means they’ll raise the protein strand payout in phase III of the event to make getting the Mr Burns skin at least possible. I have to be honest: I think the bulldozer and helicopter prizes for phase II stink.
I still want them, though. 
I didn’t make it either due to my slow start – the update didn’t push to me until three days into it. And it sounds like that spells doom for the next two phases as well. I’m going to make an effort for a few days, but if it looks like I’m not getting anywhere, I’m not going to bother.
Well, the one nice thing about the three-phase event is that everyone starts fresh today. So if you started late on the first phase, it doesn’t matter for the second set of prizes.
I am officially an addict now. I set my alarm for 2am so I could get the last 60 probes to get the donut machine. I’m so ashamed.
