I got 30 donuts shooting down a UFO today too! And I just got Hugo about five minutes ago. Good day for TSTO.
I’m not sending out eggs until the glitch is fixed. I’m not hoarding them, but I don’t want to waste them. I’m not very far off from getting the last probe prize and I MIGHT hold off on opening bags at that point. I won’t need probes and I guess the craft prizes aren’t going to change on Sunday. So if I hang onto my bags, I can collect ray guns a little faster. I assume the drop rate will increase or the amounts needed will decrease.
I think the nail-in-board is indefinite. I am really noticing a difference as I level it up.
BTW, do the probes look like vibrators to anyone else? A probe by another name…
I read on one of the TSTO blogs that the Drive In pays out 30 donuts on completion of its quest. I don’t know if that’s true so take that with a grain of salt.
An update was just pushed where Homer has to find Moe’s clothes by squishing aliens. For some oddball reason I didn’t get the task until I went to Krustyland so if the same happens to you try that.
Yeah, if Homer isn’t free, and you don’t go to Krustyland, the second part of the quest will never trigger. I must have squished 50 aliens to no effect before I had to check online for what I was doing wrong. I don’t know how people can play this game without help from online sources.
So I’m going with the hoarding stuff strategy since I got the donut machine yesterday. The idea is that opening bags will just get you lots of probes, which you don’t need any more. So hang onto the bags until we switch from probes to ray guns. If my bags and eggs and ammo don’t roll over, I’m screwed, but otherwise, I’ll be in good shape for round two with a shit ton of bags to open and eggs to drop on the 20th.
