Also also… you apparently have 5 days to group store your krustyland and nuke before it gets nuked for you. I got 100 land tokens after nuking to use in my springfield to make space to consolidate krustyland with my main springfield. Also highways!

One more thing, i had all Krustyland land squares unlocked. If you don’t, you might want to buy as many squares as you can before auto nuke commences. The land tokens you receive upon nuking is based on the number of land squares you had unlocked in Krustyland.
As for the event itself, I fear that it is very similar to those we just had. That’s not great. 
I came in to mention this too. I used all the tickets I had to buy more land squares. I didn’t get them all but oh well. Off to go start the event.
According to TSTO addicts we get Itchy for free but Scratchy will cost 300 donits. Damn.
I thought about Scratchy but 300 donuts is a lot of cheddar.
Moving Krustyland has been a pain in the butt too. You can only group a certain amount of squares and my phone is slow to respond with the grabbing and placing.
I’m not even bothering to put Krustyland back up. And TSTO says that if you place the Krustyland main gate you can’t put it back in storage.
Also the Krustyland shuttles can now be used as transporters between the two of them. I missed out on the original ones back in the day and am now thrilled the shuttles act like them now.
Ok, I splurged on Scratchy. I had over 450 donuts and I wanted a little boost for my foam knife earning.
I want scratchy but it’s just too much even though I have the donuts. He’ll be back at a discount, I’m sure.
Tapped out Addicts suggests that super high premium prices are what we’re looking at long-term because so many of us earn donuts easily, even before farming.
My game keeps crashing when I try to nuke Krustyland.
That’s a known issue. TSTO addicts has some suggestions. Scroll down a bit. It’s the first Bug/Glitch mentioned.

Act 2 starts tomorrow morning 10 edt (or thereabouts).
While this event is almost exactly the same as the last year or whatever of events, I am enjoying it much more than any of them for a long time. Maybe because the prizes and theme work well for me? I dunno. I’m just happy I hate it slightly less than normal.
And I wonder how long it’s going to take for me to stop being like “oh shit, I haven’t gone to Krustyland in a while.”
I used to completely forget about Krustyland for long periods of time.
I’m enjoying this one becuase I’m actually developing Itchy and Scratchy Land. I never really did with Krustyland.
Also a glitch happened to me but I found a solution online. If you buy Soarin’ Over Springfield to get the costume for Squeaky Voice Teen so he can start helping with the event he might disappear from the game. The game put him into my inventory and I had to go and get him and put him back in the game. While there I found several other characters where in my inventory and not in the game. I don’t know why. So I put them back in the game too.
Not to be too much of a hater, but we’re basically getting a new theme park and we are getting a go kart track, a roller coaster, a log ride, a nurse’s station, a couple of parade animations, and a few characters?
Like … that’s a lot of nothing. I like the stuff and I don’t hate the event, but if I did I&S land as a separate entity from my KL, it’d have four items.
Yeah, that’s why I’m hauling out KL rides. To make the park bigger and more park-like.
Also why do we still earn KL tickets from KL rides? Why can’t we get money or XP? Where do the KL tickets go to?
I think I’m going to poke around a bit in the game.
Ok, I found the tickets. In the KL tab in your inventory it shows the tickets where it normally shows the money. And I played Sideshow You to get more tickets and the count did go up. So it’s still tracking them. I went to the store and you can still spend the tickets on KL stuff.

I just started playing this again last week. The current contest/game/whatever ends in 16 hours. Does that mean I lose all my tickets in 16 hours as well?

Only event currency will go away, not krustyland tickets. The event currency is currently itchy and scratchy money and rubber chainsaws.
Make sure you buy all KL land spots before nuking it. You keep your tickets and can place KL stuff in your town.
Quitting after this. EA has basically told me fuck you, we’re not fixing bugs. And the most recent update (roller coaster) slowed things to a crawl.

I’m trying to buy up as many go kart tracks as possible while I still can so I can make a super big track. If I wanted to buy log ride or roller coaster pieces, I’d be shit outta luck because they’re prohibitively expensive. And I feel we will never be able to buy these pieces again.
