It’s on the album Stripped. It was recorded during their 1995 Voodoo Lounge tour. I have that CD. Good performance. It wasn’t from any particular concert IIRC. it was taken from various shows on that tour.

Well, if your local drifter doesn’t know, you can always wander down the the hobo barrel fire and ask there. Most of those guys have their discographies down pat, when they’re not knife fighting.
Wikipedia states that the version of LARS on Stripped was recorded in “London on 19 July 1995,” although the CD booklet claims that all of the tracks were recorded in Amsterdam, Paris, Lisbon, and Tokyo.
