A thought occured to me: back when GMail invites were being bandied about, Hotmail was one of the services that (conveniently) had a hard time receiving them.
I sent my email to Shirley’s hotmail acct (as listed in OP) from my GMail acct. I wonder if that’s the problem?
Anyone else that was unceremoniously ignored

I’m also currently in China so the gift will either be Amazon’ed or late from one side of the pond or the other. (I get back home Dec 18th. If I have to personally touch and ship said gift it’ll be airmail from Shanghai, and later or mailed from home, and also probably late. I’ll do my very best though, promise.)

At the risk of making a social faux pas, how rigid is the $10 rule? If I find something for $20-$25 that I feel would be perfect would it be acceptable to get it?
