I will admit that yesterday, when I was confronted with the imminent death of both my cats, I was musing on the fact that the reason we have not gotten a second dog was because it would be too many animals (and not fair to Ancient Cat). So to make myself feel better, I totally look at rescue dogs on the internet. Look at this guy. I squeed so hard I almost wet myself.

It is Thorsday isn’t it? I don’t even know what day it is anymore.
It’s 65 degrees outside but of course the AC is still on.
The last time I turned off the AC and put the fan on the HFH had a meltdown.
Today is am irk and pm irk, meet with piddle pups owner so he can show me the new routine because he decided he didn’t like the last routine. Then I start pet sitting for another client until Sunday morning. I’m debating staying and working from there during the day and only coming home to sleep.
Sah-son can care for the dog, I’ll have to make sure he has enough food and drink until Moonday.
I think I am supposed to pick up a check from the emergency pet sit last week but I can’t remember what we are doing. The poor woman had her gall bladder rupture and she is very ill and he husband just had surgery as well, only he had to go to DC. I told her not to worry about the check for now, it’s only $20 but I think she wants me to come get it.
I have phone calls to make, one of my bills didn’t come out of my account, another one came out twice, one got put back, then came out again and now I see has been put back again. WTF is up with that? Good thing it’s only $10/month and its not like I can do without the money for a few days but WTF? anyway.

Soapy – had fun with our mutual rollercoaster-riding friends and a total brain-dead moment. Neither of us could put a name on you. Ooooops. In our defense, it was a long 14 hour day between Quassy and Compounce.
Back from New England - much fun was had. Now to figure out how to do a one day work week.

**sari **- my sis does greyhound rescue - Otto is her second, after Max went to his reward. The cockers (Chivas and Bacardi - did I mention my sis works in a bar??) are cousins, I think, or maybe sibs from different litters. They’re wusses, but at least they don’t bark at me any more.

Mom, that is some quality laundry porn. Of course, while it looks lovely and saves electricity AND makes your clothes smell nice, I can barely be arsed to get up and put my stuff in the dryer in a timely fashion, so I think something that gorgeous would be wasted on me, even if I had a backyard.
