All deheathenated Luteran style. Dressin’ is bakin’ away, turkey is sliced, other stuff is waitin’ to be warmed up and rolls ready to be baked. Oh and a Bloody Mary has been consumed because, of course, I wanted to make sure they were up to quality to serve to guests. How I sacrifice!

Made bananana cupcakes today- decidedly nom. Also eating homegrown strawberries, which are also fairly nom, though they’ve not really had enough sun, so they’re not as sweet as they could be. The added smugness of homegrown counts for a lot though 
It’s supposed to be sunny most of this week though, which is typical, as I’m going to be inside on this course all week- doing the customer service bit, so not even the half of the course I want to do (they ain’t daft, they put the half everyone wants to do at the end). Oh well, at least it’s light late, so I can go pick stuff in the evenin’.

I’m here and I’ve been reading, just not posting. It’s been unusually HOT and dry in NM which has led to a lethargy on my part, I guess. Ah well, I’m hoping this is not a foreboding for the summer, but may be. 
I am on facebook too, nearly every day; I don’t post much there either. But if you see me liking your posts, you’ll know who it is. Or not. Hehe.
At any rate, I’m thinking of you all - good to see Dotty, and omg, the little HRH is so cute! It is hard to believe she’s 6 now!! Good thoughts and prayers to all in need.

Everyone is gone. The dishwasher is dishwashin’ away. I am in shorts and tshirt. Da cave is cool. Da bear is tahrd. A good time was had by all. Good friends. Good drink. Good food. Makes life good.
Apartment is clean, and I put a tacky pink flamingo out in front of my door.
For a truly tacky pink flamingo, it should light up from the inside and be covered in glitter. If you’re goin’ for a look, go all the way I say! 
At least it is pink, as flamingos should be.
Up here they are purple.
doggio is well known for being tasteful with his tackiness.
I am so grumpy today. I don’t know why, just in an ill mood.
