The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making Part Deux (Part 1)

I posted that after watching nearly an hour of the 90 minute town hall–and then right after I posted, they did feature someone who seemed likely to fit that second profile: a professional-looking white guy who voted for him last time and asked him about how sort of “unpresidential” he acts. There you go, that’s the true portrait of the undecided voter. But some of those earlier people, c’mon.

I can’t believe I forgot to use that reference in my (FB) post or reply to another post.

Well, except I kinda got stunned at the thought of (my visualization) microwaving my fellow citizens.

I barely like my volcano/icy burritos at home.

I’m not ready for Soylent Green or (Trumpsky) Red.

Yeah, this pisses me off, but it’s not new. Given that quite a few of the Jews in my family were actually opposed to people establishing modern Israel (their view was that was the task of the Messiah to come, not human beings) this is particularly galling.

But then, Trump seems to have a problem with the notion that only Christian people of European descent are actual citizens of the US.

I keep thinking that Trump’s view on Jews come from that pieces of shit standing next him in the pictures - they’re Jared Kushner’s views, not the views of “American Jews” which, like every other group, is composed of varied individuals.

President Trump said in a press conference Wednesday that the U.S. coronavirus death toll is “very low … if you take the blue states out,” while defending the nation’s response to the pandemic compared to other countries around the world.

Why it matters: Of the top five states with the largest death tolls from the virus, three have Democratic governors, suggesting there is little relation between the spread of the virus and the political parties of state leaders.

Of note: It is unclear precisely what Trump’s definition of a “blue state” is, nor did he offer specifics to back up his claim that blue states managed the virus at all differently from red states.

What he’s saying: “If you take the blue states out,” he continued, “we’re at a level that I don’t think anybody in the world would be at. We’re really at a very low level, but some of the states — they were blue states, and blue-state management.”

Coming next: evidence that Obama and Hillary created the coronavirus in the basement of that pizza parlor and turned it loose on the USA (and the world) for one purpose only-- to make trump look bad and defeat him in 2020! Sleepy Joe was in on it, too.

The biggest mistake is the one voters created four years ago; one hopes that mistake will be fixed soon.

Far too late, he’s already got kids.

From one of my co-workers, sung to the tune of “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas”, there is “He’s beginning to look a lot like Hitler” :notes:

Not to mention the number that nearly die and are left with varying degrees of lingering disability, in a country with the worst access to healthcare of any fully developed, industrialized nation on earth, and where trips to the hospital can leave one bankrupt.

Now that you mention it, I’ve got a little bit of a problem with that notion, myself.

Of course, my problem is more of an objection to it, whereas his seems to be an obsession with it.

Even the asymptomatic ones will have issues cropping up over the next few decades, because they too have damage.

The House Homeland Security Committee held a hearing today on Russia’s recent meddling. Unsurprisingly, Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf was a no-show despite being subpoenaed.

You left out the part where, after developing the virus, they took the profits from selling all of America’s uranium to Russia, and used the money to pay China to bring it to Wuhan and then spread it to here.

“Herd mentality” works! Say you’ve got a wandering herd of fake gnus (also known as “bewilderbeest”) and they are set upon by lions, tigers and bears. They flee, of course, but the predators only catch the lame, the old and the weak! This makes the pool of healthy DNA much, much bigger! Which is why its called “hugenics”.

Bonus points: Social Security rolls drastically deceased! Decreased. Whatever.

Barr compares quarantine lockdown to slavery, claims that the FBI works for him, gloats about how many cases the Obama administration lost before the Supreme Court.

Individual 1 hired Doctor Scott Atlas to work in the coronavirus task force. He was the head of neuroradiology at Stanford Medical Center, but several of his Stanford colleagues wrote an open letter saying he has no background in epidemiology or public health. He is threatening to sue them if they don’t retract their letter.

Here’s a good history of the virus response in the U.S. complete with pictures. Maybe 45 could even be enticed to look at it.

Individual 1 claims that Twitter Trending is prejudiced against him, says that it’s being investigated.

This super PAC just turned up in my Facebook feed. Never heard of 'em until now.

Typical. When are you special snowflakes going to start taking responsibility for not getting sick?
