I don’t think most of us here at the Straight Dope are going to need the benefit of hindsight. I’ve been gobsmacked for the last 4 years running at the nonstop and ever increasing bullshit.
Here’s a mental exercise/challenge for y’all: watch this 3 minute video and then name any similar subject or incident from anyone who comprises the soon-to-be-previous administration’s personnel, including the POTUS and his family.
I don’t think it can be done.

Individual 1 has pardoned Flynn.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Flynn gets into trouble with the law in the not too distant future. His real crime was arrogance, believing he could lie his way past the swarm of investigators and even to his own administration. He was known by his colleagues for creating “Flynn facts” (aka “lies”). If he was arrogant before, one can only imagine how he’ll be now that he’s been pardoned.
The Federal government will be saving a fortune on printer ink–no more need to translate the Presidential Daily Briefings into an all-pictures format.

And shouldn’t there be a chance of federal charges on the grounds of Flynn failing to declare himself a paid agent of a foreign nation (Turkey)? Or did he already get a pass for that?

Being about 20 hours behind in reading this thread, I may be just stating the obvious here: Despite the suggestions, from about two or three weeks ago, that this thread was beginning to wind down, quite the opposite is clearly in the works. Seeing all the malicious wreckage Trump is laying upon the nation in these last weeks, this thread will clearly become the Operation Warp Speed for the duration.
