That’s kind of a win-win for the Republicans too. The Senate isn’t allowed to conduct any non-impeachment-related business while an impeachment is going on, so they have a built-in excuse for not enacting any of Biden’s agenda if the America-hating fuckstick is perpetually in impeachment. That way they get to make Joe Biden look like he’s not doing anything. The GOP really ought to jump on this opportunity.

Of course, there’s a difference between can and does.
That was kinda my point with the second paragraph there. It is an interesting tactic, break so many laws that we don’t have the time or resources to prosecute for all of them.
