Actually, I am going to give ckalli credit for making me realize I was being completely unfair to the women I blithely, and wrongly, called “Eastern European whores”. Being born in 1998 (I guess?), CK is too much of a child to remember that the sex trafficking from post-Communist countries of Eastern Europe was so endemic that it constituted a “distinct wave in the sex trade”*.
Forcibly kidnapped or duped with fake passports, hundreds of thousands of women were bought and sold every year, many of them thrown into a world economy to which they were, because of their Communist upbringings, woefully unprepared and incapable of understanding.
Now Trump isn’t, yet, implicated in the sex trade aspect of human trafficking, I can concede that. However, there is quite a vast market for illegal immigrants to do undocumented work, and Trump profited mightily from this aspect of the global trade in human beings via his modelling agency.
