Nancy spoke, then Chuck. They both made sure to point out that Trump failed to get Mexico to pay. They commented that Trump was catering to fear, and that the govt. can be reopened any time Trump wants to let go of his wall fantasy.

I can’t find it now, but I saw speculation (which is obviously not proof) that they were applying some kind of wrinkle-removing filter to his face, which led to some weird compression artifacts. Either that or the camera was just out of focus.
And he was squinting with one eye while the other one was normally open. I wondered if it might be some kind of symptom, but it’s probably just him being too vain to use any corrective lenses at an age where most people need them.
Beige. Interesting. Well, it wasn’t red. I think that’s about the only conciliatory gesture thump is going to get from her.
