The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

I wish it were that easy, but a large segment of this country still wants to believe the lie.

Oh well…nothing a good recession can’t fix, and considering that Trump has just cut off a month’s worth of income for 800,000 people and seems determined to go down with his ship, that just might do the trick. His tweets and outbursts sometimes make for a good TV spectacle for a country that worships entertainers and binge-watches Game of Thrones and reality TV. But when people are out of work and when local small businesses, like everything from hotels to popular lunch spots, go down because of this shithead’s temper tantrum, he’s no longer a harmless, inconsequential spectacle; he’s hurting real people’s lives, and to be more specific, their life savings. A lot of the people impacted who voted for Trump might still think the Democrats are devil worshipers and that Hillary Clinton murdered Vince Foster and Seth Rich, but I’m guessing they’ll be tired enough of this circus to demand a good, solid primary challenge at minimum, and an end to the loofah faced shitgibbon presidency.

The Trump-Pelosi exchange has hit new lows in pettiness and spite, and we’re probably not at bottom yet. To recap:

Speaker Pelosi dis-invites Trump from delivering the SOTU address to a joint session of Congress (as is her perogative).
After 24 hours stewing, Trump retaliates by pulling the plug on a Congressional delegation flight to Brussels and Afghanistan. (He can’t stop the travel, but he can stop them from using military aircraft.) He suggests they fly commercial, instead.
Today’s developments: the Congressional delegation intended to do just that - fly commercial.
Except that by leaking their travel details, their trip is now at a higher security risk.
The State Department advised that they cancel.
Pelosi’s spokesperson revealed these details.
The White House called it a “flat out lie”.

So we’re now at the point where the President is calling the Speaker a liar. Don’t expect the shutdown to end anytime soon.

I’m sorry for the people who are not getting paid. And I am worried about the economy because of this. However, if this event contributes to the Fall of Trump, it will be worth it. It may save the nation.

I have to agree with you.

And I’ll continue. To save the Nation, Trump must be held accountable for everything he has done. Not just during the Presidency. Otherwise, we will have crook after crook lining up for the job.

This is Buzzfeed News, which is a different entity from Buzzfeed. It’s like the difference between NBC News and the daily soap opera on NBC Entertainment.

Trump again calls Cohen a liar after bombshell BuzzFeed report

For the smartest, bestest, bigliest President ever, he sure is rotten judge of character.

The Enquirer was also the first to break the story of the Jeff Bezos divorce, but that was because they were trying to dig up dirt on him because he’s the owner of the Washington Post, which Individual 1 hates.

Comment from a friend of mine just yesterday on Facebook: “I have a feeling that things are really going to go south in the next week for the whole Russia marathon Mueller saga.”

We’re not talking about lying about a blowjob here, either. Nope, we’re talking lynchpin material, the quid pro quo of the Russian collusion case.

Either this whole thing is the biggest hoax in human history and whoever is behind it has heretofore unknown powers, or the torpedoes have been launched and are locked on target against the USS Trump.

I predict: KABOOM!

Seems like overkill for a garbage scow.

Even the smallest scrap can regenerate.

Point is, looks like the gig is up, and so is the jig. I never did like the look if his jib anyway- his statements just don’t jibe with the facts, but of course that is how jive turkeys roll.

What I am trying to say is: his goose is cooked!

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to say that. I meant to say ‘should be hauled away as garbage’.

<buzzes in> What does Korax say to provoke a fight in “The Trouble with Tribbles”?

I wonder if Putin is going to be as disapponted as Kirk was.

I think the “deplorables” will see him through, elect him to a second term, and we will see a plethora of crooks lining up for all sorts of political jobs.

Was he saying he thought Barr was going to kill the investigation and any consequences thereof, or was he saying he thinks Mueller is about to blow Trump and his administration to the netherworld in such a big way that the only people who’ll still think Trump isn’t a crook have yet to be born?

I’m hoping the latter. I fear, however, that even if every single last person in this country from age of cognizance to age of full-on dementia understands and believes that Trump and his family and his administration are nothing but thoroughgoing crooks, it *still *won’t be enough for most of his supporters to stop supporting him or for the Pubbies in Congress to impeach and then remove him from office.

His reputation is shot? (At last!)

The tragedy for the Republicans is that they found this guy who was so massively popular that they could get all kinds of goodies for the 1% passed without any effort at all—but the guy was so crooked and corrupt and comically-stupid-evil that it couldn’t last. Inevitably he got caught at his various crimes and rejected for his evil stupidity, and the dream died.

If only they could find someone who would be that popular—meaning that good at putting across the white-supremacist message The Base had been craving for decades—and yet clean. A white supremacist who isn’t corrupt and stupid-evil…that’s the ticket!

(No doubt they are looking. But what they don’t realize is that it’s like seeking an honest con-man or a sociopath-of-integrity or an upstanding animal-torturer----those combinations of traits just don’t occur.)
