For those of us who might not have been paying much attention, what have you been trying to point out for so long?

1. That American democracy is dying and that we’re entering the age of authoritarianism.

2. That the president will NOT be impeached for breaking the law, only for pissing the American people off - and that will only happen if there’s an economic collapse or some other catastrophe.

3. Trump isn’t the real underlying problem; Republicans and oligarchs are the problem and that the only way our country will change for the better is when they’re confronted with a critical moment of deep economic pain that forces them to reject modern American capitalism in exchange for something more equitable.

That in a nutshell. I could write more but outta time.

This is the “logic” of dumping refugees/immigrants/whatnot in Democratic centers:

1. all refugees are violent criminals, so crime will rise, and the Dems will be sorry! (not true, so a pointless reason)
2. Democrats love non-citizens voting, so let’s send them more (that doesn’t even make sense in a MAGA way. If Dems used non-citizens to vote, then having more of them is a good thing, innit?)

3. Trump (or someone in the White House) thinks that at least a few of the so-called “sanctuary cities” will try to resist the busing in of these immigrants, thereby providing lots of good video for Trump TV showing what hypocrites they are.

Um-hm. But what Trump’s fans must be working hard to ignore, is that this latest development shows—no, proves—that NO WALL IS NEEDED.

Remember, Trump’s rationale for building The Wall was that those awful brown people were so violent and disease-ridden and destructive that not one of them could be allowed to get inside the USA----hence the need for a wall. ‘They must be stopped right at the border! We’re not safe if even one of them gets over that southern border! WallWallWallWallWall!!!1!!! It’s the only thing that can keep them OUT, and they must be kept OUT!!!’

Now he’s proposing to bus these exact same people right into the heart of America. Right into every (blue) state. Where they will be free to go all over the USA, as they please.

It’s TRUMP proposing to move these people into the country. Move them right in.

So…say it with me…if there’s no problem with letting these people in----in large numbers, yet----then there is no conceivable reason to build a wall across the southern border.
