It is kinda sad. I think that Carson is possibly some type of savant.
Brilliant neurosurgeon, but kind of a weirdo. Note the paintings he had in his house of Jesus with his hand on Ben’s shoulder. That’s just not normal for a man of science.

Wait. What? Factory workers were literally whipped like Black slaves?
Put down the shovel. You’re just making the hole you’re in deeper.
I’m pretty sure factory owners rarely forced their workers to have sex with them. And I’ve never heard of a case where a factory owner took their workers’ children away and then sold them.
Speak for yourself. I, for one, am astonished that two years into the Trump administration the Department of Housing and Urban Development still had forty thousand dollars in its budget.
I was going to say a commercial one (which seems reasonable, an executive dining room is going to potentially generate a lot of dishes), but it looks like you can one of those for under $4,000, and around $6,000 gets you what appears to be top of the line.
And let us also never forget his theory about the pyramids:
So the extra 3 grand went into his pocket as the down payment for the next Jesus portrait.
As for 19th century factory workers, read Herman Melville’s “The Paradise of Bachelors and the Tartarus of Maids.” Even eithout whippings and forced sex, those women had it mighty bad.
From The Hill, “HUD did violate section 710 when it obligated $31,561.00 for the purchase of a dining set for the HUD Secretary’s dining room and $8,812.84 for the purchase and installation of a new dishwasher and associated water treatment system in the kitchen connected to the dining room without providing advance notice to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate.”
So the $9,000 wasn’t just for the dishwasher.
It appears he lives in a shrine dedicated to himself, and Jesus, although Jesus only appears to be there to pay his respects to the good Dr Carson.
P.S. Look out for the easily-spottable spelling error.
Thank god for this nugget of information. For a second there, I thought this was going to be an example of frivolous government spending by a Republican.
Note that I never said it wasn’t frivolous spending, just that the approximate $9,000 expense was not just for the actual cost of the dishwasher.
I can’t imagine Trump is happy seeing this on the state propaganda channel:
Hasn’t Wallace gotten the memo? One of the few over there that has any integrity.
Someone mentioned that Trump sees a lawyer’s sole usefulness in life as being able to protect and enrich him before all else.
I haven’t heard/seen this much news about a president since George Bush back in the 2000’s. CNN has a field day because that’s the only way they can handle such a tragic loss, and they’re working adults!
IMO, they should just accept the L & wait until 2024 because let’s be honest, Biden/Sanders vs. Trump?
On an extra note, no one is perfect in life. We all make mistakes here & there because we’re human. However, Trump’s “errors” have been significant enough to the point of no return (Ex. His Bus Conversation)
So in your skimming you also missed international relations.
Understood. My comment was aimed directly at Carson.
That would be the Biden who is leading Chump by 12 points in a recent poll asking about a match-up between the two.
The irony of the plaque extolling humility overwhelmed me to the point that it took me two tries before I spotted the misspelling.
I’m surprised that nobody has posted this:
Trump has now, with the confidence of knowing that his Attorney General is his loyal attack dog, is now threatening to jail members of the FBI.
Look, I know you all called me Chicken Little, but now it is beyond clear that I was right. I tried to educate you naive children. I tried to, but you wouldn’t listen. You ridiculed me. You still do. But let’s be honest: I know you’re starting to shit your pants, because the reality that I have predicted, is here.

Trump has been threatening to jail people for three years now. How is this news?
