The guy has been charged with assault and held on $10,00 bond.
He’s 29, and connected with three punches to the head of a 61-year-old. The older guy stayed on his feet and calmly collected his sunglasses and sign afterwards. I think part of the guy’s punishment should be having to repeatedly watch himself fail to take down a man 32 years his senior.

Unless there was a cut in that video that I couldn’t see, he assaulted this man while a group of cops was standing mere feet away. The cops were on him in 6 seconds from the first punch.
