Good choice. Now that there’s peace in the Middle East, he prolly has lots of free time. I mean, it’s not like he’s gotta spend a bunch of time killing a bunch of rats on his properties or anything.
It takes two to fight, and I clearly saw the old guy smacking the kid’s fist around with the sides of his face.
But yeah, “Brawl”? just for clickbait.
you can have guns, but only ironically.
This also belongs in the butthurt thread, but here is the empathist,
@Cheeto-Faced-Shitgibbon
Really bad news! The Baltimore house of Elijah Cummings was robbed. Too bad!
But later Friday, he … said it wasn’t meant to be a “wise guy” comment. Uh huh. I always have so much difficulty saying things in a way that does not make them sound like wise guy comments.
AUGUST 2, 2019
Individual 1 says he lets the press vet his nominees after they’re announced, because it’s cheaper than doing the vetting himself.
WATCH: Trump Tells Reporter Yamiche Alcindor of White House Vetting Process: '[The Press] Vets for Me...We Save A Lot of Money That Way' - Second Nexus?
I was actually listening to this on MSNBC in my car as he said it. It came about 45 seconds after he finished badmouthing the press and saying the media was “very unfair” and very terrible to Ratcliffe. This fat fuck can’t go two minutes without talking out both sides of his puckered little ass-mouth.
The smarter one.
Steel Cage Death Match! (Somebody had to say it…)
If you just make Deathmatch one word, you don’t need the steel cage.Deathmatch wrestling is a thing and it’s not fake 40 minutes; very violent & bloody!
In mid June, by the shores of Lake Laberge, so that when the victor steps out of the cage, she will be instantly exsanguinated by the official birds of YT (mosquitos).
I feel like it should be pointed out that out of the top six roles in the Department of Homeland Security, only the third in succession has a non-substitute commanding it. Quoth Wikipedia, about the DHS, “Its stated missions involve anti-terrorism, border security, immigration and customs, cyber security, and disaster prevention and management.” Only the cyber-security role has a leader.
The top of the Department of Defense was open from January till now and the third in command position is still open.
Trump just axed the Director of National Intelligence before having someone to replace him actually in place and now it’s too late to undo, so we’re about to have that role open and it probably won’t be filled for 6-12 months.
It may seem all funny haha that Trump is so failtastic but, right now, the country is in a national security crisis, for all intents and purposes, and that seems to be overlooked by pretty much everyone. The defense of our nation is, for all practical purposes, in the hands of substitute teachers. Where, sure, in some theoretical capacity we have a person manning the station, but the output of a substitute teacher and a real teacher is drastically different - and a large part of that is having the official title. I have a strong suspicion that the standard applies to acting directors and acting deputies to a not-insignificant degree.
And, of course, one might note that none of the other agencies have been gutted the way that the DHS and national security apparatus have been. The Department of Education, Department of Energy, Department of Transportation, etc. have all been sitting free and sticking to their people without issue. The only exits have been due to scandals found by the media, not Trump throwing the person out or breaking them down until they left.
It may be tempting to say that it’s just Trump axing them willy-nilly - but it’s an amazingly skewed sample.
Some of the damage to the DHS might be explained by his crusade to break the law vis a vis immigration. But, that doesn’t really explain the openings at the Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans, FEMA, nor the Office for Science and Technology. And, of course, one might note that between protecting against cheap labor on our farms so that we can buy food cheap or protecting against terrorists, it should be that one of those is probably not worth sacrificing for the other. Nor is illegality the only means by which one can try to effect your chosen policy.
The damage to the FBI and DOJ - removing Comey and Sessions - is explainable by their investigation into Trump.
But Mattis, Tillerson, the head of FEMA, Coates, etc. there’s no real reason for them to go that wouldn’t be just as likely to be as true for Betsy DeVos or David Bernhardt. There’s no reason to avoid appointing someone to lead the DHS Office of Science and Technology while continuing to appoint Tim Petty to be the Assistant Secretary for Water and Science in the Interior Department, if you’re just opposed to science.
It’s difficult to think of any explanation for the difference that doesn’t amount to an objective desire to create a situation where the nation would be unable to effectively respond to a national security crisis.
"We’ve been hearing a lot about cancer. I’ve been getting many calls from doctors, very respected people in terms of medical, the great Dr. John Hopkins. J-O-H-N-S Hopkins! Incredible names, so incredible. They’ve been saying to me, sir, the cancer is so big now, it’s like nothing anyone’s seen before. The cancer and our aides, it’s costing more money than you can imagine, and we have these Obamacare deals, very bad deals, we don’t know what to do. So I said, we’re going to cure our aides. And they said, Mr. President, two years and seven months ago we would never have believed a president would say we’re going to cure it. And I was leaving my speech that night, one of the greatest speeches, the fake fire marshals said we can’t even get all of these people in to see you - very unfair! - but there were these eight guys, very tough guys, they had cancer, but they were the toughest anyone’s ever seen, and they had tears in their eyes, real tears, and they were saying, thank you, sir, for saving us.
So we’re going to be looking very strongly at medical. We’re looking at it like nobody ever has before, and we’re going to be making a tremendous announcement very soon, and I think you’re going to find out that many people will be very surprised by what we’re going to be finding out."

*Extreme *vetting. The *best *people.
Uncanny. The only reason I’m not laughing is because I’m about to cry. This is 100% plausible.
I hope someone asks Trump why he trusts the fake news media to vet his nominees. I mean, you’d think that he’d double down on some of them, since everything the fake news media says is lies.
I wondered the same thing, but then I realized I wasn’t thinking eleventyseven-dimensionally like Dear Leader. He reads the Lamestream Media™, and if the Failed Washington Post (for example) says that a potential candidate is amoral, corrupt, ignorant, sycophantic, and manifestly unfit for the job … well, we have — or at least he has, and to hell with the rest of us — a winner!
