Yeah I wasn’t originally taking issue with the ‘Putin telling’ part, more l what I saw as a implication that it was the trigger for the resignation, then we ended up in the while reading comprehension nonsense. Such is the way of the pit.
You are right, silly me for suggesting this might not be as nefarious as we might like to think it is. So in other news who do you think came second in the post phone call celebration puppy kicking competition Mnuchin or Miller?
You are, of course, correct. I try to be amusing, but some people have a stick so firmly up their ass,you could stick them in a field and use them for a scarecrow.
Well, ya see, Trump has his staff download the internet and he looks at it every morning.
There would be one reason to work for Trump. He is SO, SOSOSOSO (…—…) stupid, you could troll the absolute shit out of him. Combine that with what we know about his insecurities, and narcissism and have fun. 'Course, Putin beat us to it.
Perhaps I’m naive, but it seemed inappropriate for the POTUS to show up there so he could pose for smiling photographs with medical staff and police officers at a hospital that treated victims of a mass shooting.
(By contrast, this article describes how Obama met the families of the victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting, and earlier the families of the children killed at Sandy Hook. He hugged them, listened to them and tried to offer words of condolence. As far as I know, none of this was filmed for use in campaign ads.)
I think its pretty clear why he did it this way. If the press had been there the footage would have included a substantial number of the shooting victims whose unvarnished opinions on the guy who motivated the person who shot them might not have made quite so good a campaign ad.
What? You mean that video of a patient saying “Get that Cheeto-faced Shitgibbon out of my room before I vomit” would not have been good P.R. for Trump?
I mean, the teeth hole has “lips” that are sort of in the shape of a smile, and the eyes are in the approximate right place above a decent representation of a human nose, but man, something’s just…off.
Well, Trump is bringing the neo-Nazis and white nationalist together. There was a quote by some pundit early on in Trump’s term that went something like: “I’m not saying Trump is a racist, but the racists think he’s a racist.” I think he was referring to guys like David Duke and Richard Spencer.
Unlikely. For Trump to cross a line, there would have to be a line. The lines have all been erased as far as a large proportion of the American population is concerned.
