The Kennedy Center Honors dinner for honorees was last night. One of the honorees was Linda Ronstadt, and at one point, Mike Pompeo asked her, “When will I be loved?” And she replied, “Maybe when you stop enabling Donald Trump.”
It appears that twitter is a thing where stuff turns up. Someone tweeted that, and it got enough attention that Raw Story decided it was worth newsing about. They probably should have put a caveat about it being so old. I mean, that would be my policy were I running a news-like site.

I’m sure you could. And I’m sure a normal AG in a normal administration would waste no time in giving it the attention it deserves, if you know what I mean. But in this administration they probably have an entire Assistant AG Division devoted to running down whack-a-doodle conspiracy theories they get in the mail.
This is all so ugly. But I admit I’ve had a few giggles to think of how Barr is reacting, when he recently went to such trouble to put distance between himself and Rudy Colludey. (WaPo) I’m sure he’s thrilled to know Trump is out there making a declaration that Giuliani will soon report to Barr about his latest Ukraine “findings.”
Even Barr seems to know there is some shit you can’t scrape off your shoes.
