It’s a trap! The bleach was made in China!
**From The New York Times: Home Alone at the White House: A Sour President, With TV His Constant Companion As his administration grapples with reopening the economy and responding to the coronavirus crisis, President Trump worries about his re-election and how the news media is portraying him. **
WASHINGTON — President Trump arrives in the Oval Office these days as late as noon, when he is usually in a sour mood after his morning marathon of television.
He has been up in the White House master bedroom as early as 5 a.m. watching Fox News, then CNN, with a dollop of MSNBC thrown in for rage viewing. He makes calls with the TV on in the background, his routine since he first arrived at the White House.
But now there are differences.
The president sees few allies no matter which channel he clicks. He is angry even with Fox, an old security blanket, for not portraying him as he would like to be seen. And he makes time to watch Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s briefings from New York, closely monitoring for a sporadic compliment or snipe.
Confined to the White House, the president is isolated from the supporters, visitors, travel and golf that once entertained him, according to more than a dozen administration officials and close advisers who spoke about Mr. Trump’s strange new life. He is tested weekly, as is Vice President Mike Pence, for Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.

It’s the whole reason he has these daily pressers. The press conferences are his rallies, and he’s becoming more and more unhinged, which is good to see.

Oddly enough, that reminds me of that old saw about two guys deciding a “kick in the nuts” contest is the way to decide who’s stronger.
The Administration wanted to flood New York and New Jersey with thousands of doses of hydroxychloroquine .
Forget testing, ventilators, and PPE. Donald Trump’s big plan to beat COVID-19 involved distributing millions of doses of an unproven drug. Behind the scenes, senior administration officials pushed hard to bend the rules and back up his boasts.
I’m beginning to think it wasn’t such a good idea to have a moron for a president.

The Trump administration is considering tying changes to the U.S. Postal Service to the emergency coronavirus loan from Congress, according to The Washington Post.
Treasury Department officials told the Post they are speaking with senior officials at the USPS about using the $18 billion loan allocated to the Postal Service by Congress as leverage to influence the way the agency charges for package delivery.
**Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin is also reportedly seeking to influence the hiring process for senior officials at USPS. **

But doesn’t COVID-19 also mess up your vision?
One way or another, I’m certain it would be a step forward.
I just watched the part of tonight’s presser where Trump laid out idiotic ideas for treating covid-19… holy fuck this guy is a lunatic.
Countdown to the first person to inhale bleach to clear his lungs. I give it 40 hours.
The ‘Blood Eagle’, super patriotic and good for your health!
CMC fnord!
I was watching a clip of the briefing and there’s a moment when Trump is discussing the latest miracle cure–UV light inside the body or something–and Trump says “But I’m not a doctor, but I’m a person who has a good you-know-what.” and he points to his head.
For some reason, I don’t think so.

A good tan? A good deal of fat between the ears?
We can rule out that haircut.

Kidneys, friend. Kidneys.*
By the way, have you ever noticed how much pain that clown in the White House seems to be in when he has to read something during these rallies/briefings?
*I can’t be the only one who knows that joke.

Some malaria pills, a hair dryer up the nose, bunch of UV lights, shoot up some bleach - cured. Let the economy rip.
An Ig-Noble prize in Medicine coming up. Take that Obama, never got one of those did you? Huh, did you?
Man, at least Pickles and Nathan only suggested drinking bleach.
You’re officially less intelligent than Dethklok, Trump!
