The commentator said that FOX was just playing to their particular audience. The audience would not want to know about any problems with the health care bill, but the WOULD want to know how the Obamas are partying and spending money.
See, I’m this close to going the other way. I’ve been a news/political junkie for years and I’m starting to realize that that addiction is doing me absolutely no good. I mean, what is the point of caring when reality is so skewed and the political atmosphere is so absolutely fucked to the point where we put Donald Trump in the White House? Donald Fucking Trump! He’s a reality TeeVee star. Why don’t we fucking put Tila Tequila in there while were at it, ferchrissakes. And I blame the Democrats for my oncoming ambivalence as well. You give and you give and you give some more, you support them, you have their back, you apologize for them and the best they can do is absolutely nothing. They continually get bent over by the Republicans like the little guy at the frat house and I’m getting sick of watching it.
How on earth do Trump’s defenders spin this one? From the reporting on the way the covers are placed on the club walls among real covers, it’s quite clear that the fake covers are intended to impress people, rather than being intended to be seen as a joke.
How can anyone spin this as anything other than pathetic???
My ex-wife and I got one of those photos-on-a-fake-cover-of-Rolling-Stone when we were at Worlds of Fun over 30 years ago. Trump is welcome to hang that in his golf clubs, as well. Except I doubt that picture still actually exists …

Watch enough TV to entertain my self. I never watched the Apprentice. I’ve known that Trump is a complete asshole for decades. Why would I want to watch him?
He, and his cabinet, have no shame. They seem happy to deny people health care so their rich friends can make a few more bucks. It’s a total disgrace.

Did the people who eventually voted for Trump or their supposed billionaire financial supporters (cough Koch cough) ever pay people to protest Obama? Did they ever protest in such a way that Obama supporters were hounded from public universities (supposed places of ‘free speech’)? Were there any actual violent protests against Obama? Did Republican supporters ever hound Democrat town meetings with loud mouthed vile and hate and treat it as a justified casual political response? No they didn’t. I am not the liar here. I am not the hater. Look in the mirror, Lefties, the hate you see is your own.
