You know, I have the most absurd hope. Maybe Trump will bask in the adoration of people stuck in homeless shelters with noting to go back to. People who know he holds the purse strings to a decent federal reaction. Maybe an unconditionally supplicant group will give him the egojob he wants and he will waddle off on a high note.
That hope will wear off along with my hangover tomorrow.
I feel like the only thing he knows to do with the glove is to hold it forth for Ivanka to smell.
I’m just waiting for Trump to order the arrest of journalists, media company leaders, sanctuary city mayors, or even members of Congress or the judiciary. I think he really really wants to.

I just learned via Rachel Maddow that Russia’s Sberbank hired Marc Kasowitz, Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, to represent it in a New York civil suit.
She mentions this after two other unexplained connections between the Trumpettes and Russian banks:

Clear evidence of misdoing? No. But when we saw Maurice Levy show up to represent someone in The Wire we always had a pretty clear idea what was going on! 
Obama left an Inauguration Day letter for Trump wishing him luck in his Presidency and offering a few words of advice.

I find it remarkable that Trump actually had kind words for something Obama did.
He (probably) only read the first line or two, which were complimentary to him.
