The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

If the scuttlebutt is to be believed, that would mean adios to Mattis and Mnuchin as well.

No way are we getting all the way to Niger. There is this thing called the Atlantic Ocean. Big water. Ocean water! Nobody knew water could be so tremendous.

Rumor goes like this: Kelly was supposed to go to Vegas on AF1 with Trump, was booted off flight at last minute. Ergo, Trump is mad and Kelly has had it.

I just hope that McCain lives long enough to see the (metaphorical) end of Trump.

Found it:

We’ll see.

Somehow, I just don’t think it has anything to do with the latest hurricane being projected to hit the gulf states.

I don’t think Trump thinks beyond “Where should I go for my next week-end vacation?”

Has he visited Mar-a-Lago yet? I never heard about any damage sustained there.

Isn’t it time for him to do an international trip? Which of his hotels or resorts is in the queue?

“What are the bugles blowin’ for?” said Secretary of State.
“For the Rocket Man, the Rocket Man”, the President said.
“What makes you look so orange, so orange?” said Secretary of State.
“I’m putting America first”, the President said.
For we’re nukin’ North Korea, you can hear the anthem play,
The subs are in the Yellow Sea – they’re targeting Pyongyang;
As missiles soar, the tweets will fly, every dotard has his day,
An’ we’re nukin’ North Korea in the mornin’.

with apologies to Rudyard Kipling

Some of them think he’ll give them some of his money; others, that he’ll get Melania to find hot supermodels for them to sleep with; still others hope for both of these outcomes.

Just an unsourced post on Democratic Underground. Perhaps worth nothing, but one never knows.

The reality is that Kelly is a 67-year-old man – probably fitter than 99% of late 60-somethings and fitter than 90% people half his age. But still, he can only put up with so much with the realization that it won’t stop the impending disaster that is the Trump administration.

I have to say that while I’m still of the opinion that Tillerson is not an impressive Sec of State, he gets credit for at least trying his best to be a credible US representative. It’s obvious he wants to do a good job.

Tillerson was a dreadful pick for Secretary of State, but in the sense that he really wasn’t qualified for the job. He’s a smart man who wants to BE a good Secretary of State, which sure puts him way above Donald Trump’s level of intelligence and commitment to his job.

The same could be said of James Mattis or John Kelly, but most of the rest of them are scum who aren’t there to do a good job; they’re sycophants there to scam someone.

Other rumor that Pompeo to replace Tillerson.

Oh, that is good.

Remember when Obama’s good jobs numbers were fake, but then Trump’s good job numbers were real? I’m guessing that the job numbers are fake again.

“The economy lost 33,000 jobs last month, the first monthly decline in employment in seven years. Wall Street economists had expected very modest employment gains of 80,000, according to Bloomberg.”

Has he signed legislation that will outlaw North Korea forever?

Did you take a look at the FEMA site? They replaced the electricity and drinking water stats with something far more important:

Number of paper towels distributed.

“The Spectacle of D.T.'s HUmiliated Men” on the Slot website…just the latest in the long parade of articles based on “Just How Fucked Up IS This Guy? What the Fuck is WRONG with Him?”

I thought it was funny. Nobody else did.

So Pence is on his way to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Is this a do-over? After Trump’s visit on Tuesday, did Kelly say “Oh for crissakes…can we get somebody down there to hug the victims and promise support? Is that too freakin’ much to ask? Pence…you’re up.”

Or did Pence volunteer as a way of demonstrating that he can act presidential…should the need ever [ahem] arise.
