The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

So I guess now we have to ask:

“What did the president know, and when did he stop knowing it?”

“Someone’s crazy because they don’t do politics the way I want them to” is the oldest and dumbest criticism there is, and the “diagnosis” of a doctor who hasn’t actually examined the patient isn’t worth two ounces of dog shit.

Trump is to crazy, and it’s time to stop pretending he is. He is running the Presidency the way HE wants to run it; to enrich himself. That is totally different from any other Presidency; it’s also evil, and if he’s not already a traitor he’ll commit treason soon enough. But he is not insane. He wants to do this stuff, has a plan to do it, and he’s following through.

not?

Putin’s seeing a return on his investment.

Trump might not be insane, but he’s definitely crazy in the sense that there’s something seriously wrong with him. It doesn’t take a neurologist to recognize a pathological narcissist when one walks up to you and grabs your hand and yanks it forward in a sad, pathetic attempt to win a handshake war.

Sure, there are lots of celebrities and politicians who are just as narcissistic as Trump, and we could spend a couple hours listing them. But they’re usually better at hiding it, because frightening the neurotypical is a good way to stall your career. And also, none of those other crazy assholes are President of the United States.

I read an article by a psychologist (which I cannot currently find) saying that the way to distinguish between mental illness and “personality” is that: if it has a negative impact on career, relationships, etc., it’s a mental illness. Further, the fact that Trump is (ugh) president is evidence that he doesn’t have a mental illness (because it clearly didn’t have an impact on his career), he just has a shitty personality.

Too.

So, by that definition, if enough of his minions decide that he’s crazy and invoke the 25th Amendment removal process, then the belief that he’s crazy becomes true by definition?

The rules are different for rich people; if he didn’t start out rich I expect he’d be in prison or homeless given his behavior.

Isn’t that just another way of saying “The poor are crazy, the rich just eccentric”?

He’s allegedly afraid of walking down hills. One press report I read said that the reason why he took Theresa May’s hand was because he’s afraid to go down hills by himself.

Here it is: http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2017/2/10/14551890/trump-mental-health-narcissistic-personality

He might just have teeny-tiny feet (to match his hands) and putting them in adult-sized shoes is like walking around in clown-shoes would be for normal people.

A reporter is alleging that Omarosa told her that the White House has dossiers on several reporters.

A Presidential Enemies List.

Where have I heard that before? I wonder if Trump has someone in the FBI to compile data for his list…

The article does not at any point call him “insane,” nor does it cite his politics at all. It’s not okay for our side to make up shit, either.

Pointing out someone is mentally ill is not an insult, any more than pointing out someone is racist is an insult. It’s just information. It informs how you deal with someone. Trump has long been suggested to have narcissistic personality disorder, and psychologists can and do often diagnose without seeing a patient–just not definitively. Which is exactly what this guy did.

Why do you think Bannon et al have his ear? They know he’s narcissistic, and one way of dealing with that is to inflate his ego in order to get what you want. Another way that the left is trying–one that is much harder but much more ethical–is to completely invalidate his erroneous world view at every turn so that he lashes out.

You’re writing the Trump propaganda for him–even if you aren’t actually on his side. You’ve given the excuse that can be used by anyone who hears he is mentally ill.

Stop doing that. Stop making our job harder. You know jack shit about mental health, so don’t say anything.

Gee. NO ONE saw that one coming :smack:

But he’s the Alpha, the tough guy with the giant brass balls. Or so he says.

Too bad J. Edgar Hoover isn’t still around. He and the so-called President could have made beautiful music together.

You don’t have to be a medical professional, to know something is seriously wrong with him. He’s a raging narcissist, and there is no one willing to call him on his bullshit. So, by walking on eggshells, they are allowing it to continue.

They are all too terrified of a melt down.

Well maybe we NEED one to expose him.
