Trump is such a patsy for the religious far right, I’d find it quite unlikely that this wasn’t their idea. Of course, it doesn’t have a blame thing to do with what’s good or right for Israel nor for the Palestinians. Come on, you don’t seriously believe they, or even Trump, give a tinker’s damn about Jews or Muslims, do you?

Looked and sounded like loose dentures to me too. I didn’t actually see the dentures moving around, but the way he was moving his mouth suggested to me that he was trying to keep dentures in place. And the hissing/whistling reminded me of my grandpa, many years ago.
Trump is an idiot, a crook, and a threat to world peace, but I don’t think he was slurring his speech due to drugs or alcohol.
It’s mere speculation based on an anecdote, but Loser Donald might have wound up in dentures because he insisted on having his veneers replaced twice a year.

I watched that live, and I honestly thought he was starting to change into his true form — and as he finished up, would make a run for it before he sprouted his leathery wings.
It’s clear that the United States is isolating itself diplomatically and that Europe is on its own, powerless to defend itself against whatever Vladimir Putin does to disrupt European unity, which will probably strengthen the hand of nationalist movements in Europe. Keep in mind, whatever weakens a United Europe, weakens the United States globally, too.

On a serious note, is it me, or is Trump’s obsession with Obama also indicative of racial disdain? I think Trump’s biggest problem with Obama is that he doesn’t know his place and that he’s uppity. The fact that he ridiculed him at a public dinner probably sticks with him to this day.
I’ve said this over and over from Day One. Obama’s main offense is not (just) being black, but being an UPPITY black. Blacks are fine in their place–thump employs them at his properties, although I’ve read that they must all vanish when thump comes into the room. (Sorry, no cite.)

The visceral hatred of Obama wouldn’t be nearly as strong as it is if he weren’t black. Just like the visceral hatred of Hillary wouldn’t be as strong as it is if she weren’t a woman. Can anyone name a white male Democrat who is hated or has ever been hated by the Right as much as these two are?
