Facebook charged the Trump campaign $.01, while charging the Clinton team $1-$2 for the same service.
So, if FB said to Clinton “you will get 50k impressions” for a sum, they would tell Trump “you will get 5 million impressions” for the same sum.
So Parscale is saying that the Trump and Clinton campaigns did not pay for Facebook ads on a … par scale.
