A “mental health” episode is an acute manifestation of a condition which may or may not be chronic.
There’s no question in my mind that Trump has mental health issues (narcissism, plus whatever age-related cognitive decline is happening up there). It’s just that I don’t see making a bunch of stupid social media posts as evidence of these conditions, and I don’t think it does a service to other people who are struggling with mental health issues to just label anything Trump does as a “mental health episode.”
I don’t know much about it, so maybe it actually is, but it seems more like it’s just a label designed to further stigmatize Trump’s stupid behaviour.

The man constantly posts bizzare diatribes in the early morning hours. He’s getting no sleep because his ‘demons’ need to be addressed/attacked.
