I think NATO will continue but will boot out the US. Europe is perfectly capable of defending itself against Russia – note that Russia was unable to defeat Ukraine; they’re certainly not going to do well against a united Germany/France/UK.
This is just the beginning.

I would not be shocked if NATO is defunct by this time next year.

The only reason I say a decade is that it takes time to disentangle from a coalition like NATO. So, I assume the process is started already but will take time (because bureaucracy) to complete.

It’s not only the bureaucracy. NATO membership is by treaty. Leaving it, contrary to the convicted felon’s imaginings requires a bit more than just his say so.
