AIUI, cocaine is not particularly lethal. Presumably, all of our lives were saved because the destroyed cocaine would have fueled mobs of coke heads killing us to get money to buy more cocaine.
Although, restricting the supply will cause the price to rise, so the coke heads, although presumably less numerous, will be in more desparate need of cash and/or bitcoin. Not sure where those graphs intersect.

You really only get into the danger area where you’re cutting up lines with the side of your hands like Al Pacino in “Scarface”. You really get into trouble when you’re shooting it up, and that’s often mixed with Heroin or Speed. Your nasal passages can only take so much snorting (else you drip & sniffle like trump that time) yet intravenous I’ve heard the high is better than sex. Deadly too.
If you’re doing that much coke and heroin, blowing up a hundred boats won’t stop you from getting your supply. Perhaps a big pricier, yet all trump has done was somewhat stop one pathway of delivery.
