My goodness I’m a Chatty Cathy tonight. But I really wanted you all to see this pic, I love it. I took it right off my balcony. It’s a shot of a branch of the cherry tree right out front.
Well, as I recall, Mika, the SO is out of town. Which means you’re hanging around with us.
Pretty picture. My crabapple trees are just starting to bloom. They look very nice, still have quite a bit of pink. They turn white later on.
In other excitement, I was able to connect to the local taxes site and got to file and pay all in one fell swoop. They used to be a real pain - they were the last to go to electronic filing - but now it’s easy peasy. Enter a few numbers from the W-2 plus the usual personal info ; they tell you how much you already paid and how much you owe, you make your payment directly to them and then you’re done. Wish the IRS and State of Ohio would do it that way.
Oh and Lissla, I think the not singing is a pretty catholic thing. I go to a very sing-y church and even there, you see lots of people who are just staring. Also, one of my college friends who was more ecclesiastically traveled than I held a strong opinion that catholics didn’t sing. I’ve been to quite a few different places of worship, but never really paid attention to who participated the most. I think I’d be bored stiff if I didn’t sing along.
So now…really
oops, thought I was done…
That last sentence was supposed to say:
So now, really, I’m off to bed.
Which apparently I need to be because I’m too tired to post coherently.

At 7:45 Eastern time, I will be at work, so here I am now.
Just wanted to pop in and say that my dining room wall is now a sheet fountain, and the ceiling looks like it has cellulite (we have plaster-er, had plaster walls). Total rainfall here last noc (and it rained steadily and continually for many hours)=4.40 inches (from my rain gauge)
Rigs, squelching to work now.
