Lori and T-Dog are dead, Carol may or may not be dead, the gang has an infant to care for, and Andrea & Michonne are still the Governor’s houseguests.
Lori might be dead.
Well, in any even it’s pretty clear she’s not alive.
Agh! Pulled her hair right out!
ETA: Oh, that’s not good. That’s not going to end well.
Who called Rick going on a zombie-killing spree?
I must say, the head-loppng and torso-stabbing effects are quite well done.
Not that I’ve done all that much head-lopping, understand.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the zombies in this universe have heads like cantaloupes.
Well, this has gotten quite dark and yicky.
Liked it but pretty much the whole thing seemed to be setup for future episodes.
My nit-picky question: what’s the shelf life of baby formula?
It was powdered I think, could be that powder would last a long time.
I don’t think any human skull is going to stand up to a katana or an ax that big.
I missed this scene. Hair pulled out? What’s going on?
Well it’s pretty clear that there’s a half-naked zombie Lori wandering around the prison. Still no sign of Carol (unless I missed something); that was T-Dog’s grave Daryl was laying the flower on, wasn’t it. I really like how the Woodbury stuff is going. Until they showed Andrea I was concinced the opening scene was another flashback; everything looked so damn normal. It was both uplifting & really unsettling. I wonder what Milton’s big experiment is. Only 3 more episodes left before hiatus.
The Governor was brushing his (undead) daughter’s hair when a clump of hair (alone w/ part of her scalp) came off.
Okay, thanks.
I think it was supposed to be Carol’s grave - Daryl had talked to Carol about that particular flower before.
I still think Milton’s big experiment has something to do with people drinking something - they keep focusing on people drinking in that town.
Which caused his undead daughter to start freaking out and trying to eat him, which caused the governor to put the straitjacket and head covering back on her. I guess the unsettling part of that was that the zombie girl was letting him brush her hair at all.
And, I think we can agree, the Governor’s cheese has slid off its cracker.
The walker in the generator room ate Lori?!? Okay, she’s really dead then.
Actually, I’m mightily confused about that.

If they don’t have Lori and Carol’s bodies, what did they dig holes and fill them up for?
-
Were we meant to think that bloated zombie had Lori for dinner, ergo Rick’s furious stabbing? If so, did someone pick the rest of her up without killing it? And let’s be real here, there weren’t enough of Lori to bloat anyone up like that, even without a functioning digestive system.
Regardless, I think what we can all agree is dead is the endlessly talky version of The Walking Dead. They’re not letting the hell up this season.
I’m a bit confused about both those points, myself.
From that shot, it seemed to me only one grave was open, but I could be wrong. We know T-Dog is dead. I think they assumed Carol was dead and they left Lori’s open until Rick emerges from the darkness.
And it looked like they only got two cans of baby formula, How long will that last?
Two cans of powdered formula should last at least a week I think. I can’t believe that they’ve been spending the last nine months NOT stocking up on baby stuff.
