It looks like a massive spoiler about this episode may have been leaked; I’m not going to say what it is, but if it’s true it’s going to be a very divisive episode. I please see we Yvette Nicole Brown is one of the guests on Talking Dead tonight. She’s my favourite regular guest.
Yeah, I love her analyses. Insightful and funny at the same time.
I guess we’ll switch back over the Rick and the Walker Herders tonight. Band name!!!
Noooooo!
MOTHER FUCKER!!! :mad::mad::mad: That’s how Glen dies?!?!??!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
I can NOT believe they did that
I’m in the middle of watching the episode now, so this may turn out to be shockingly ignorant or a completely inappropriate response, but them being in a pet store has made me sadder than any situation in the show’s history. Just realizing that buying things to care for an animal seems like such a luxury in that world made me tear up and grab my sweet snoozing kitty to cuddle her, so glad I have that luxury. Now I’ll see how absurd thus reaction is, I guess. But no matter what, I still have my little sweetie.
Good episode so far, really heavy feeling of foreboding…
This had better be a dream sequence or other fakeout, if not, I’m probably through with TWD…:mad:
Glenn was one of the few good characters on the show, as a fellow tech-geek, I identified with him more closely than any other of the main crew
Now I’m down to Daryl and Michonne as the only other like able characters
What’s going on with Rick’s hand?
Oh shit!
holy shit!!!
Now I’m really feeling stupid about the pet shop!
Better but…boo
All of the above.
A giant
HOLY SHIT!!! NOOOOOOOO!!!
for Glen, and a huge side of “I don’t think Rick is going to get out of this.” Also, he cut the crap out of his hand; thing he’s going to lose it (assuming he doesn’t die in the herd?)
singular1, don’t feel stupid about the pet shop. I also grabbed my dopey cat and forced snuggle-loves on him.
I loved this episode and hated it, for the obvious reasons.
I don’t really want to watch it anymore, but my Wife will.
I’ve been recording it to a Magnavox DVR and burning DVDs, but like Battlestar Galactica, I think I’ll toss them.
I’m with you there so much ancilliary damage, not just humans. Farm animals, horses, pets…I don’t even want to think about it…
But…
HOLY FUCK - THEY DID NOT DO THAT!!!
I AM DEVASTATED. SWEET JESUS.
I was just thinking earlier, the main characters have been pretty lucky, for years and years. And now, this happens. I should stop thinkin’.
Pretty brutal episode.
I expected more to come from that whole Wolf with a gun situation, i figured that would be the end of a main character. I guess it might just be, but i doubt they off Rick right after Glen.
On The Talking Dead, Glen wasn’t featured in the “In Memorian” part. Just saying . . .
Is there a CHANCE that he survived?!?
Scott Gimple said we’d see Glen again – either as a flashback, or perhaps as a walker, but maybe he miraculously survived?
I don’t think I have ever been so emotionally devastated by an episode of television in my life. I can’t even process it right now - I’m just so glad I have my cat to cuddle right now. Jeebuss…
No way is Glen dead! I’m either in favorite-character denial, or I think it’s Nicolas’ body on top of him getting torn apart.
Worth pointing out: We never see the guts and blood explicitly coming out of Glen’s body in a show that has no qualms about showing that stuff.
I’m not sure how I would rate this one, I loved the action and grittiness, no whiny interpersonal crap, no navel gazing, and no LPITA, but I hate losing one of my favorite characters, especially one I identified closely with
I think I’m leaning towards Hated It, action aside, this was clearly a “lets frak with the audience’s feelings” episode
Glen will suck it up, and roll underneath the dumpster. Gotta be it.
Perhaps Glenn will have slipped under the trash can and under the gate…
