After setting up a cliff hanger with Rick trapped in the RV and surrounded by a herd of zombies, they have not even bothered to show us how he escaped. I guess we are supposed to reason that, hey, he’s the main character, he just did something brave and clever to get himself out of the predicament. Use your imagination.
