The Warrior Diet

So they got more than 100 accounts to write favorable reviews and say that they were “helpful”?

I’m investigating and trying out the diet. I’ll let people know how it goes as far as my belly fat goes.

Well I debug programs for a job. If I didn’t have have those skills I’d be terrible at my job.

Their body types (lean and muscular vs overweight or obese) are portrayed in that artwork. As I have already pointed out there is also other evidence about what kind of body type those people are. The body type people have is related to their diet don’t you think?

Do you think ancient Greek and Roman warriors followed a “fad diet”? If they didn’t then that means me following their diet is also not a fad diet!

You aren’t understanding the primary purpose of the diet - it is to have more energy and get a good physique. Though like I mentioned my very health conscious sisters think it is healthy.

But which one do people idolize?

What about the comments here:

I guess all of the favorable comments in the last six years are fake too?

The ancient Greek and Roman warriors also lived thousands of years ago. Thousands of years ago, yes, their diets were not fad-diets. However, imitating the diets of humans who lived thousands of years ago is a fad-diet.

What about this? Are you showing us that you just learned this definition?

Posts in this thread seem to serve in lieu of synapses.

You know what else has 4.1 out of 5 stars? Passion Natural Water-Based Lubricant - 55 Gallon. They are hilarious & great but no way I’m buying a (probably multiple) lifetime supply of lube.

I have ½ dozen different email addresses, & I’m not trying to rack them up. Do you have any idea how easy it is to setup multiple free email addresses (hotmail. yahoo, gmail, etc) & then use them to pad your reviews?

So do you think the Warrior Diet amazon item has 100+ fake reviews?

Great comeback

e.g.
“But most of all, you seem to have a complete and total lack of critical thinking skills. You have no understanding of how to analyze evidence or draw logical conclusions.”

My reply:
“Well I debug programs for a job. If I didn’t have have those skills I’d be terrible at my job.”

Your reply: (to my entire reply)

Well you said it…

If people insist there are 100+ fake reviews for the book I can try out this advice…

The top review:

He is top 591 out of all reviewers and has reviewed 1634 things. Sounds like a lot of effort to go to to just do a fake review for the book…

Comments about his review:

Well, you certainly seem to be the expert, John. Good luck with your diet.

It also says:

It’s in response to Smeghead who keeps on saying to avoid fad diets. BTW the Warrior Diet doesn’t have very low calorie levels (overall) or have poor nutrition.

Not really but I don’t think I “seem to have a complete and total lack of critical thinking skills… [and]… have no understanding of how to analyze evidence or draw logical conclusions”

Thanks.

Of course you don’t. But that in no way serves as evidence against the possibility.

So now it is only a “possibility”? You seemed pretty sure of it before.

This thread is fascinating for so many reasons.

JohnClay, do you drink alcohol?

About a week ago I had an apple cider (Strongbow Sweet). I sometimes have a small amount of coconut rum or whiskey at my friend’s house. I like the taste of coconut rum, Midori (melon liqueur) and wine.
