Deli sammiches for dindin. 'Twas good. Roast beast, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomoto, red onion and dill pickles with mayo and spicy mustard. OYKW devoured two of 'em. He was extra hongry. Plus there’s ice cream! YAY!!!

Yeah, that is kinda far away from what the box looked like, I bet. :smack: I’ve been using Feria for at least ten years, with good results. <minus the blonde attempts, anyway> but I don’t have THAT much grey yet, though it’s hard to tell since I just keep colouring.
The one time I did have it professionally done, they did a WONDERFUL job! It was a while ago, and it was 40 bucks or so, but they took their time mixing different colours together until we got one I wanted <sort of a russet> and it turned out EXACTLY like the sample. It was well worth it! Maybe once you get a professional to tame your hair a bit, then home-colouring afterwards will be a little easier.
In other news, we get to pick the car up from the shop. Finally. Again. Only had it 3 weeks this time. :dubious: I really need to keep track of the mileage when we turn it in. I completely expect to hear from the shop one day that they ‘lost’ the car, or that it was ‘stolen’. And then I fully expect to find it in a sheriff’s auction, taken in a drug bust on the border. I wish I was joking, sigh.

I think I can distill the essence of the MMP to this - it’s where you can post stuff that you want to share but you don’t want to bother starting a separate thread for. Topics are just jumping-off points, nicknames are tossed about without regard to logic or sense, and we’re nice, dammit! So don’t be shy - we mostly play nice. 
We decided to go to Bert’s for a sammich, so I actually put on clothing appropriate for being seen in public. Now we’re home vegging. We’ve started talking about what we need to pack for our cruise. **FCD **said he was just taking a tube top and thong. :eek::eek::eek::eek: I may wind up staying home… or making him stay home…
Since it’s just 8 days and unlike our last cruise, we don’t have to dress for both winter and summer, packing will be pretty easy. I am so ready for being spoiled - if you’ve never gone on a cruise, you really should try it.

We’ve got the cloudy and the breeze, but no more rain, though it’s scheduled to maybe happen alllll weekend. No complaints 
Tomorrow we get our Mouse! He’s been living with his mama and 3 siblings his whole 4 months of life, so I hope he does ok being away from them. Luckily they’re only 10 easy miles away, so I am sure we will visit often. Now we have to figure out where to put the cat’s food, 'cause he’s a little piggy and needs to be on regularly scheduled meals, not ‘eat it til it’s all gone!’. And he’ll probably be in that mode for a while, since to date he’s had to scuffle with the other pups to get it, lol. Eventually he’ll figure out that what’s there is alll his.
Hope the cats don’t give him too much attitude! He’s very rough and tumble puppy, until you pick him up. Then he’s all fluff and lick and cute. Hope we can keep him entertained And yes, there will be pics tomorrow, whooo! No guarantees on quality though, my camera is still packed, so stuck with cell phone for now.

No. Don’t answer that. A term of endearment in my industry is to call the veterans “graybeards.” with ~25 years experience and multiple certifications, I fit both descriptions.
As for ginger beef stir fry, it was just a quickie made with beef, onion, baby corn, water chestnuts, powdered stir fry sauce mix and a teaspoon or two of powdered ginger. It was really more of a gingery than ginger.

Irked, came home. Ordered some Analon knives off off Amazon. I am pleased(apart from the stabbing myself softly and bleeding, because they are not joking about the sharpness bit). I had lemon basil Bachelor food(with fresh tomato, onion, and squash)
