Exapno Mapcase - very well read, academic, cares a lot about breaking ideas down to their component parts
gex gex - urban kid of indeterminate ethnic origin with baggy jeans and cool old t-shirts who listens to a ton of music - actually, that’s how I think of Marley23, too
BottleBlondeJeannie - after the thread where you were wondering if you have have artistic nude photos done, it’s hard not think anything but rrowwrrr
Eve - harried, humorous, deeply thoughtful about cool early cinema. I picture a young-ish Barbra Striesand - meaning a distinctive, not classically beautiful woman who has such character and style that you can’t take your eyes off her (unless she is tripping on a sidewalk in New Jersey)
Q.E.D. - Smart guy - nerdy in a cool way…
WordMan makes me think of SanibelMan, due only to the similarities of the moniker.

Ah, I get it now. A simple but understandable conflation of a verb with an adjective.
I originally thought of Flamsterette_X as a young guy bent on flaming, until she explained the meaning of her name.
I’ve had rather limited experience with hamsters, but I know what you mean.
SanguineSpider makes me think of a hopeful arachnid who’s fond of bloodshed and cruel, but who also shows great calmness in the face of danger or an emergency. (yes, this combines the definitions of “sanguine,” “sangfroid,” and “sanguinary”. … so sue me :p)

Hmm… I don’t wear leather. Not for any moral / ethical reason, but it does get expensive, and requires a lot of special care.
Long, dark, curly hair? My dark brown / black hair is growing longer, and is slightly curly at the ends… though it’s more straight than curly.
Clad in leather… we covered that point already. 
As for motorcycles, I’ve never been on one in my life. (not even the big shiny chrome variety)
So… I wouldn’t say you were exactly dead-on (nobody ever is in these types of threads) … but then you weren’t quite completely off, either.
Hahahaha… bent on flaming? That’s even better than the time someone else here said that they thought I got flamed a lot on message boards. Although I must say that this is the first time someone’s publicly said that they originally thought I was a guy. I’d have thought the “-ette” ending would have given it away.
I bet the explanation of my username cleared up quite a few misconceptions, too. 
Satisfying Andy Licious makes me think of… well, you probably don’t want to know. It’s THAT bad.

I’m going to clarify the last line of my previous post. It’s not that I thought bad things were associated with Satisfying Andy Licious… of course not. Just that when i see the name, I can’t help but think of sex.
Which of course could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.

I change my profile of Sanguine to a Emma Peel (The original) in tight leather with black gloves, but blond with an Eva Marie Saint/North By Northwest haircut.

The name Loneraven gives me a mental image of a teenage girl who is lonely and wears black all the time.
plnnr brings to mind some one who is anal about planning things, someone who always has a list, a schedule to follow.
I see Skybum as a sky diver , young blonde guy with no worries.
Until I met Cajun Man, I thought he was a back woods, from the deep south kinda guy.
Johnny Bravo is a cartoon character.
So is cartoonaverse.
Max Carnage is a character from a video game that is really violent.
CrankyAsAnOldMan reminds me of a little old lady who hates kids and laughter.

Lobelia Overhill makes me think of Bilbo’s nasty greedy cousin. Not her, just the name.
Flamsterette makes me think of a con woman, as in Flim-Flam.

Whenever I read the name Ilsa_Lund, I can’t help but think of Ingrid Bergman’s character from Casablanca.
And obviously, auntie em makes me think of The Wizard of Oz. She’s gotta be about 60-65 years old, right?

Actually, you’re one of the reasons I pay closer attention to names now. I guess I must have just glommed on to the first part and thought it was “flamester.” That and the poster lno, who is not Ino. Now if I mention someone in a post, I usually paste it into my post rather than risk misspelling it.
So let me paste in Lobelia Overhill and say that for no particular reason I think of a stately loblolly pine. Like the one just over that hill
