Does the breed * really* matter?? He’s a mutt… but I think all dogs lick their own genitalia regardless of breed and some enjoy licking other dogs as well. This particular pooch has a penchant for poop, his and others, that he may happen upon occasionally. Oh man! I am soooooooo sorry!
