Mooommmm, I vote for Bowie. It’s less outtaway than Anna-polis & it’s further home than Fredburg. Good place to stretch the legs.
Well, since you’re the instigator of this gathering, I say your vote wins! Plus when you leave Bowie, you can go up the BWParkway instead of going all the way over to I-95 and you can pick up I-95 just south of Baltimore at the Ft. McHenry tunnel!
According to Google Maps, Norfolk to Bowie is about 3 anna half hours. If you leave by 2, that gets you there around 5:30. If we get a count, I’ll make a reservation for 5:30, and if you run a little later, we’ll just start without you! How does that sound to all and sundry??

Depends on the time, I should be back home by 8 but I can probably stretch it a little. Piddle pup has a weak bladder.

Too many of my friends have cars. Seriously, you don’t need a car if you live in Montreal.

If I get there at 5:30 that gives me about 2 hours, I think it’s about an hour to Bowie, I can stretch it a little.
My son has access to a car but he doesn’t want to get his license.
You have to have a car where I live, very little public transportation around here.
Public transport is all right around here. In fact, it’s gotten better lately.
I shouldn’t whine so much.

Started to post this morning and got distracted, apparently. (It was trash/recycling day and I was in a rush.)
We had a picturesque dusting of snow this morning, but are supposed to get more over the next 2 days. Still only 1-3 inches, allegedly.

Long, long, long day again at work. Got quite a bit done, but it was tiring. I’m very close to having made up for the day I took off last week. Arghh.
Well, I should go do something. Maybe throw something in the washer…and then knit or read.
