It is coooold here in OKC today. Windchills in the 20s I think however no snow so woohoo! 
I was told my attitude was terrible today by my boss. Given he has had a large part in the current reason for said bad attitude with the lack of support, credit grabbing, ignoring simple requests, bully tactics amongst other things I figured I would ignore it. I may snap out of this or else I will get another job either way I am done. Resume is out and I am looking.
In other news it is Friday tomorrow! :D:D:D:D:D

I a so frriggin cold, I just cannot get warm. I have 20 more minutes of irk, then something to eat and off to bed.
I made tiny hamburgers for my son for dinner, we didn’t have any hamburger rolls but we had some left over dinner rolls. I ate one but that was 7 hours ago. No wonder I am hungry.

Good News
I have tour dates, I will make it through this year and may be able to meet some of my fellow Mumpers. Will keep ya’ll posted.

Today I irked as a welder. We built fly bars ( thingys to hang speakers from ceilings and lifts) for some speakers a compatriot uses. Each array weighs 300lb/140kg give or take and we will hang them 25ft/7.5m high. Design and build took 1.5 days from scratch. Hanging in the shop right now, straight and true from a point just behind our estimated center of gravity at a 5deg downward angle ( we got the geometry right ). We have a bit more to do, grind welds, paint etc. I will post pics from the gig they go out on next Friday. Sorry to blather but it is a big deal to me.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN 'Tis 49 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 66 for the day. Weather will warm back to the 70s next week and then, who knows. We have February to live through.
If’n I can get away with it, I plan to make today a short day as in out by early afternoon. I want to do this because after yestiddy’s looooooooong afternoon of nuttin’ I spent a couple of hours here at da cave doin’ some paperirky stuff bein’ as I was alone without supervision and figured it’d keep me outta trouble. Spidey the dust bunny is app. 20 centimeters wide and possibly sentient. We have agreed to just leave each other alone. :eek:
Now I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy is hongry. Then, alas irk purtification must commence. At least it’s Firday and lookin’ to be a short one.

When I let the puppeh out this morning, the thermometer outside the back door read 10°F!! TEN F’n DEGREES!!! :eek: More snow is promised starting this afternoon - we shall see how that goes.
So, SpideyFest '13 - looks to me that the official plan is meet at Rip’s in Bowie for a 5:30 reservation. **BBBobbio **- I didn’t completely understand your last post - will VWife be part of the festivities or is she going to F’burg while we’re in Bowie? I will call and make the reservation today so I need a count. Right now, it could be anywhere from 4 to 7 depending upon spouses and whether our intrepid newsman gets yonked away from us.
May I suggest that everyone plan to bring cash money so that we don’t have to fart around with multiple credit cards? Unless one of us is a secret millionaire who plans to pick up the tab… <snerk>
