Things that make you more comfortable

This. And the fireplace roaring with Christmas lights on…

Cotton fabric. I can’t wait to peel off the other stuff when I get home from work.

Strong coffee.

Cold water with lots of ice.

Something to put my feet up on.

Pure cotton sheets with a thread count of 300 or higher.

Microfiber cotton sleep shirt or flannel pjs depending on the temp.

Warm, fuzzy socks.

A woven lap rug to pull over my shoulders while the rest of me is under the covers.

A towel over the shower curtain or shower door, so I can wipe my face while I shower.

An elastic hairband just when my neck starts getting sweaty.

The hot tub at the gym, especially if I was good and worked out.

My blue microfiber robe! I swear it is still as deliciously soft to the touch as the day I bought it (it doesn’t lose ANYTHING in the wash or from being worn–it’s like magic!). And it was cheap as all get-out at walmart 3 years back.

I also have a fleece blanket that I like to use while I sit in my chair at work. People are always asking if I’m cold. I’m not, I’m very warm blooded. But it makes me feel comfortable. Like Linus and his Blanket.
