Gah. I suppose I’ll bite the bullet and get one from VS. The ones on Etsy are not what I’m looking for (most of them are either too big or lacy and frilly rather than soft and comfy).
It does look nice and comfy and warm, but also like something my grandmother would wear. (Possibly my mother as well, but I’d tell her she’s too young for it too!) I have a plain dark blue robe that I adore from Target that I got for $20. Nothing fancy, but it keeps me toasty, was cheap, and is my favorite color.
Tired. Ugh. I had a low-level headache all day, and I think it’s hormonal. No, I’m quite sure it’s hormonal. And that doesn’t make sense, because I’m supposed to feel better when my period starts, dangit hormones! My mood is improved, how about the head? Huh? Huh???

I’m still not really liking my haircut and can’t wait for a month to go by so I can get it cut correctly. I won’t be going back to this girl. I feel bad, she was a nice enough person, but just not experienced enough to deal with my hair and it’s “lie”.

I’m tired, god, I’m tired, but I need to take care of some things around the house. Plus, the hubby didn’t eat before going to the Y, so I need to make sure there’s something for him to eat when he returns.

That robe looks like something my grandmother would have worn when she was 102. It might even be too matronly for my mother, and she’s 87. :dubious: Of course, when you’re young and cute, something that’s suitable for a 102-year-old lady can look totally adorable on you. If you’re going for warm, it would probably work, however. It’s definitely more a “housecoat” than a “bathrobe,” however.
Call your brother, snowbunny! And remind him to cash his check from his grandma before she stops payment on it!
I was going to work this evening, but my weekly virus scan is running and it doesn’t get along at all with my electronic file playing software. At least as far as running at the same time. So I’m sitting here watching Mythbusters and trying to hurry my 'puter along. Because if it takes much longer, I’m just going to give up and go to bed. Stoopid work. grumble grumble

Brother arrived safely, is having a business call right now, and is leaving again at some ungodly hour. Sleeping here allegedly gets him an extra hour and 1/2 of sleep. Sounds like he’s gonna talk it away.

I’m too tired to be at work today, had a rough night on Tuesday then went out for beerverages yesterday so it was another late night. For some stupid reason I was awake around 2am and couldn’t get back to sleep. I’m planning on a nice early night tonight.
On the plus side, TK will be at an away day with the golfers tomorrow so it’s going to be peaceful round here. I might even get some work done.
